Great training compliance program **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2022 **What do you like best about Ving?** Ability to assign and schedule trainings to different folks - not every member of our team needs to take the same training at the same time. **What do you dislike about Ving?** Lackluster reporting options - it would be great to have a tab that included different types of reports that could be run for completion by person and date range. **What problems is Ving solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing short, necessary trainings to remotely based technicians that can be pushed in bulk by an admin. Without Ving, we are not able to have our technicians complete required OSHA-compliant trainings, as other platforms are too long or not user friendly for exclusively mobile users. ### 2. I use it through work.
