"Simple, Effective and Powerful backup and recovery software"

What do you like best about Vinchin Backup & Recovery?

It covery everything you want to do backup. It was very easy to implementing by few click for the installation. It using linux thus you can almost forget the extra window license like other backup software. Additional under linux platform, you may also ignore the window update where may cause the server reboot and missing the backup. Most importance is it have ransomware protection to protect the backup data under the hood so you can almost forget the additional ransomware antivirus for backup server. It also very easy to integrate for majority of the Hypervisor platform like VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, Cirtix, Sangfor, openstack and etc. The customer support also very supportive and helpful. What do you dislike about Vinchin Backup & Recovery?

Missing replilcation feature. If this feature can be in place, then this will be the most perfect backup & recovery software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vinchin Backup & Recovery solving and how is that benefiting you?

When doing planing for backup and restore in disaster recovery(DR) datacenter, normally we need to plan the same hypervisor platform need to be in place for the restoration purpose. Now with Vinchin cross platform, we can plan to using difference hypervisor platform for DR sites which will help to reduce the DR cost. With this feature, we also can do migration from one hypervisor platform to other hypervisor platform. Thus Vinchin help users "open" the lock of the hypervisor platform just like other open platform like OpenWiFi, OpenNetworking and etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vinchin Backup & Recovery?

Having been in the industry for over ten years as a system engineer there upsides that have made me pick vinchin as the go to backup and recovery software that i would personally recommend to any clients.

1 . Ease of use - Vinchin has a very user-friendly interface and straightforward setup process. The software has been desined to simplify the backup and recovery process, making it accessible for different users irregardless of their technical expertise.This makes it easy for businesses to cater for their business continuity

2. Comprehensive solution - Vinchin offers a wide range of backup options, including full, incremental, and differential backups, catering to different needs as well as supporting multiple workloads.I have clients with mixed work loads and this has helped in sorting out the backups from a single pane.Be it VMWare,OLVM,OpenShift,HyperV or database and file backups.

3. Cost-Effective - We have been able to cut costs for our clients by half for bacckup software requirements by moving to VinChin where you get better value for money compared to competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The support team at Vinchin is always ready and available to give technical support as well as anwer technical questions on new product features and future improvements.

Vinchin has helped us eliminate high costs which have been a pain not just for us but for our clients as well.

Another problem is that i has helped us in supporting backups for various workloads as compared to competitors where we have had dilemmas on how to go about platforms like OLVM

"Great Technical user experience with Vinchin backup"

What do you like best about Vinchin Backup & Recovery?

First and formemost is the Dashboard which is amazing. The you have the abailty to manage various type of Hypervisors on the some console. This is a life saving in terms of reduction of complexity. They also have great addons for databases ( Oracle, SQLserver,MySQL..). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vinchin Backup & Recovery?

They only Downside is the timezone issue ( I'm on ET timezone ) . Don't get me wrong their customer support is great very responsive and they are very concerned but sometimes I wish that I could use them during my working hours but when we schedule they are ready and very helpful..
