Before using it, setting up and maintaining backups—especially agent-based ones—was time-consuming and prone to errors. Now, the agentless backup for virtual machines means I can deploy and manage backups much faster and with less maintenance overhead. It’s also helping reduce downtime thanks to features like instant VM recovery, so critical systems can get back online in minutes rather than hours. And with built-in deduplication and compression, storage usage is lower, which keeps costs under control.
