The granular training provided by @Viet Phung was brilliant. The sessions were broken into 60 minutes segments and Viet was thorough. Firstly identifying the needs of the business, from metrics that I wanted to be measured to ensuring simple implementation of the software. Everything is then back up in a training video for you to watch back at your convenience. The 3rd party tools from LinkedIn integration (which is a game-changer) and the easy to use job site that integrates into your website is brilliant. As a boutique business without the benefit of a huge back office function, Vincere & Viet has been instrumental in the way that we can monitor our candidate and client successes. Vincere as a product combined with their support services is second to none. Vincere gives you so much freedom and offers the full functionality a recruiter requires so you are able to offer a seamless 360 recruitment solution to your clients. I must say, that Ginny Myers has gone above and beyond in her role as Customer Success Manager and makes herself available not only to answer any queries but would gladly jump on a shared screen to walk you through the process should the need arise, that is true support. There are a lot of upgrades on the product, this is a good thing but at the same time having to re-learn the system can sometimes be frustrating, but once you know your way around the product, it doesn't take long to overcome this tiny issue. Vincere is completely refreshing against any other CRM I've used or seen. The UI is modern, and does exactly what you need it to. Having people with a wealth of recruitment designing the CRM makes a huge change, they've tailored it in a way which just works because they understand the whole process and what recruiters need. The onboarding experience was excellent, Sam walked me through everything I needed to get started and has been in touch since offering more support and helping with the queries I've had. I'm also a big fan of the help page. It's genuinely easy to find answers with clear instructions on how to work specific functions of Vincere, and failing that it's good to know there's always support available on the phone or chat, to help if you need it. Kevin gave me a good demo of the Vincere platform and how it can help our recruitment agency do our jobs quicker and increase revenue. Nothing about Vincere is good. Always freezes. Boolean searches not working for 3-4 weeks now. Crashes most of the time. The slowest system ever. Even to put in a deal/placement in the system is complicated and no task is made easy here. Just an extremely clunky system. Everytime there is a Vincere upgrade or changes to the process, we don't receive new instructions or videos. Vincere automatically thinks we are mind readers. I 110% would not recommend Vincere to anyone in the world! It is an absolute frustration and waste of money for any recruitment company! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. They're friendly, responsive and take feedback on board. The process to switch from another CRM is well communicated and well organised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Access Vincere Evo? It's not particularly customisable. Whilst you can add 'custom fields' and they are searchable, they're hidden in a tab rather than on the first view of the file, and you cannot include them in your views, or export them to partners (such as mailchimp). For an out of the box agency that recruits standard role types, it's a great system but for Medical- it has some development to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Access Vincere Evo: If you recruit standard roles that don't require much customising of the database, this is a great system. If you're in a role like Medical (our candidates are identified by their restrictions and level of registration and our clients are identified by their level of rural, and their workforce shortage status) then it presents challenges. The benefit is that it has it's own Engagement Hub, where you can upload all your jobs and integrate directly with your website and where candidates and clients can upload their own CVs, engagement documents and onboarding.
