Training is easy, our adoption and compliance have been excellent for a team of 27 admin-disliking professionals and the support team are very speedy and helpful. --- ERP migration; shout out to Vincere.io for an excellent platform adding significant value in data to Cooper Fitch. We migrated to Vincere.io CRM and ATS solution in July of this year. After having time to reflect and monitor adoption; we have to applaud the brand for their excellent solution and service designed for recruitment and executive search firms. The software is intuitive; empowering our team with more time to focus on clients and less time spent on system admin. I have no doubt the value of Vincere features will only grow over time. A big thank you to Andi Taufiq and Lloyd Toomer for looking after our data through the migration, Eloise Sutton-Kirkby Sutton for winning us over and to Matt Donnelly for ensuring our guys hit the ground running with training. **What do you dislike about Access Vincere Evo?** It's actually difficult to find things to dislike; apart from adapting to change, no employee in our business has made a significant complaint. I am still testing the finance side of things due to a few product updates (Vincere run frequent product updates - which I love) and the only one sore point is the revenue reports accessible by sales staff follow a strict rule on revenue recognition within the calendar month, rather than allowing the revenue booking date to impact when a fee is to be recognised (say, in the event of a public holiday, etc). But honestly, I feel that could change, the team are constantly adding more flexibility. I can say this as I have seen the product every year since 2016. **Recommendations to others considering Access Vincere Evo:** Understand your current data set-up; coding infrastructure and usage behaviours very well; work closely with Vincere technical team to understand mapping options and alternatives - especially if you have poor engagement with your current system (thousands of open jobs, etc) - build a pilot team to help with adoption; test, test, test and retest the intelligence centre (reports), it seems to be a pretty innovative centre with frequent updates, and while they look great - there are so many options available - you'll need to understand their methodology - maybe hide them from employees/management groups until you understand them fully, and drip-feed reports of value to your business. **What problems is Access Vincere Evo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Manual reports eliminated; client progress reports, ROI, revenue, conversion rates, KPIs, etc. *exclusion of our business complication and sales staff access to a revenue report. Manual invoice creation; data pushes to our finance ERP - no more risky manual invoice creation. Faster system; significant time save on admin processes, many examples of this (fewer click-throughs), a significant one would be the LinkedIn sync. The system will provide our business with the opportunity and ease of access to accelerate our talent pool growth and speed our decision making with extended use and data entry using the AI tools (sales cycle, conversion rates, etc). ### 2. Also the speed of mapping candidates onto the system using the velocity plugin is also helpful. **What do you dislike about Access Vincere Evo?** The search fields for candidates are too narrow. need to do a more in-depth search around keywords on their CV rather than it being so heavily related to title. Sometimes when you edit candidate properties in the main page it doesn't drag their details through to the top info bar and you have to manually dial their number etc. **Recommendations to others considering Access Vincere Evo:** Make sure you receive full set-up training as you will be able to utilise the full service faster **What problems is Access Vincere Evo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Speed of being able to reach many candidates quickly and also being able to cherry pick correct candidates through use of talent pools is important and means we can quickly go to market. It is very sleek to look at and has some really nice features like the use of the candidate funnel, where you can see each candidate stage of the hiring process really clearly and helps to manage them through this process. Integration between Vincere and LinkedIn is really good and allows quick and easy transfer of candidates from one to the other. **What do you dislike about Access Vincere Evo?** The use of Operators (AND/NOT/OR/)/() which you have to wait to drop down and select - takes longer to create a Boolean search string and would be easier if you could just free type the Operators. The fact that you can't see all the Candidate Search fields - would be good to be able to see all of them and select which ones you want. Where using a search or after the search has been created, if you slide the bottom bar too far to the left or click one wrong button you can lose everything (there is no Last Search/Most Recent Search function). You can't edit/delete notes ("comments") which isn't great if you forget to add information or save information incorrectly. You also cannot categorise the notes either into qualified or otherwise which would be a useful tool. **What problems is Access Vincere Evo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integration between Velocity & LinkedIn is great. The Velocity tool is one of my favourite features as it allows you to quickly add any candidate to the system through LinkedIn without the need to fill in all the details manually saving lots of time. ### 4. The product is full of features like Timesheet, website career page, complex payrolling, social and billing. The support team are great. Other products I reviewed didn't have such features at the right price point. Vincere is a neutral provider which was important to us, as the database is a core part of our business value, so I wasn't worried about the future direction of the product and felt that it would continue to be enhanced. I have worked in recruitment for 18 years and assessed many products, Vincere strikes the right balance between features, price and stability. Happy to recommend the product. **What do you dislike about Access Vincere Evo?** Setting up is time-intensive especially when using partner products and plugins. Because the product is so big it takes some getting used to, its not as simple as other products. Some GUI design could be better and interfaces modernised or simplified. I am a self-confessed technophobe so I needed a system that I found very easy to use and one which I would enjoy using. I felt that if I found it easy to use and fit-for-purpose, then my team would have a field day using it. Like any business user operating in the recruitment sector, candidate data is very valuable so all my team had to want to use Vincere and that has been our experience to date. Unlike the other systems we have used before, Vincere is much easier to operate and very slick. The interface isn't overly complicated and from a business and team management perspective it really does offer great reporting and analytics support, making performance reviewing easier, faster and undeniably more fair and objective. As our business operates in an international field and we are heavily bound by compliance. I have found that the on-boarding features in Vincere to be specifically useful for our team and this was something that was lacking in many of the other CRMs we had used and tested. I definitely feel more confident using Vincere in my business knowing that as a CRM its constantly evolving with my business and I can only expect that in the coming months ahead, it will offer me even more useful tools to help drive my business. **What do you dislike about Access Vincere Evo?** Vincere is not the cheapest of all the CRMs we have used to date. In saying that, had I test-drove Vincere 2 years ago when we signed up to use another well- known CRM , I would have saved myself alot of time, hassle and money. It's really easy to use, all of my team picked it up quickly. The user interface is really well designed, so consultants find it very easy to use which is great for efficiency. Their LinkedIn integration, Velocity, is also a great way of bringing candidates into Vincere quickly, saving me loads of time. Overall, the features in Vincere mean we can spend less time on admin and more time recruiting. I've used other recruitment CRMs, and Vincere really comes out on top. As a manager, reporting is really important to me - Vincere Intelligence allows me to get actionable insights from data right across the system. We can drill right down into KPI's, forecasting, and how our users are actually engaging with Vincere, all displayed on dashboards that are easy to navigate. The fact you can talent pool each candidate for ease of search, and the fact you can export all candidates in talent pools respectively into MailChimp to do candidate marketing campaigns. It's intuitive, as an ATS, there is help either already in topics listed you can search, or you can email support@ and receive amazing, almost instantaneous support anytime of the day. Sometimes we even receive back a video of how to go about doing what we have asked about. Incredible customer service from all the team. Always running webinars as well to increase user knowledge. Always updating the system with new user features. Love it. It's transformed how well we can do business. **What do you dislike about Access Vincere Evo?** The email templates, they look pretty naff when you email to clients and candidates. It is time consuming setting up all the default emails and the formatting makes them look unprofessional, it is also clunky in doing this. Don't like as well that you have to have an email in each contact or candidate. Makes it hard when candidates are imported through Velocity (from LinkedIn) when they don't have an email that can be imported. **Recommendations to others considering Access Vincere Evo:** The support (help) from the guys at Vincere is amazing. We switched from Bullhorn a year ago. I did a complete review of the market before settling on Vinny- including trials with most of the big names in the market. I made the right decision, we’ve had about 5 or 6 releases since we implemented it and the platform is getting better and better with each one. In terms of specific features, the LiveList feature is great. Very unique and clients love it. The analytics are also very good- everything is pre-built and ready to use. You can see from the level of detail that this is a system built specifically for agency recruitment. We also like the fact they have the online timesheets and shift scheduler for when we expand our contract business. **What do you dislike about Access Vincere Evo?** Nothing - so far so good. Any niggles are addressed quickly by their customer success team who have been excellent. Customer service representatives are always willing to help. Especially Abigail and Geza, we deal with them the most regularly and they'll always go the extra mile for us. Vincere offers us our own Vacancy page. We use this on a daily basis and it's an absolute game-changer for us. Also, the ability to post jobs to our indeed account directly from Vincere is extremely time-saving. When fully configured we can complete practically all of our day to day recruitment tasks directly from Vincere. We're waiting for the final few integrations to be completed and will be fully operational from within Vincere. **What do you dislike about Access Vincere Evo?** There have been cases where we've messaged the support team and they've taken sometimes hours to get back to us - However, I will say that when they do eventually reply they'll almost always have an answer to our queries. When messaging support about a feature we'd like to see, we're told that they'll pass the idea onto the development team. However, after that point, we almost never hear back regarding any relevant updates. Sometimes integration with 3rd parties are a little slow at coming out of the BETA stage. We're unable to customise the client and job screens in the same way we can edit the candidate screens. **What problems is Access Vincere Evo solving and how is that benefiting you?** When fully utilised Vincere saves us hours every day.
