What do you like best about Vin OMS?

It helpes to automate manual process from purchasing to shipping and delivery to customers.

It helpes to increase productivity with system directed put-away, picking and cycle count.

It also helps to eliminate paperwork, minimize human errors, by boosting up the speed and accuracy of warehouse process like receiving,put-away, cycle count, picking and shipping.

What problems is Vin OMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am solving all the ware management as well as inventory management through all selling channels and this is the major problem for a 2500+ order/per day companies to organize the warehouse. This also supports the multiple omnichannel so it is easy to sell the product access the global through multiple ways .

it also manage manpower use and improves the quality of work.

it very helps full to manage NDR order , Returns Orders as well as it provides more not shipping partner integration by default so we can manage our shipping courier through this.

it real-time inventory sync helps us to stop the backorders on the system and it also manages the Pincode serviceability part which also helps to stop the backorders.

and last but not least customer support and supporting the team so good to solve you query on time , we are using it last 2 year but never face any lack from the customer support team , they always help you through phone mail and msg , they always ready to serve good service.

they provide integration with all top most uses technology like wooocmerce ,Shopify etc so it is very easy to handle the integration within 2 weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vin OMS?

Inventory get synchronised automatically on all portals. Before this we had to upload inventory one by one on all portals. Even we can generate picklist for all marketplace orders in one click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Most of their bulk upload options have limitation on row upload numbers. It should allow us to upload at least 1000 records at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before this we were uploading inventory one by one on all market place. So there were so many human errors. 1) it enabled us total barcode in/out scanning solutions, due to which accuracy in picking improved.
