I have been closely associated with Vinculum for last 1 year and the experience has been good so far. The team is really supportive and the interface is quite freindly. It is very useful tools when you have multiple marketplace. e.g. Managing multiple marketplace orders is very difficult job because we have to login into each marketplace portal and then process orders,which is time consuming. But Vin Eretail has feature to fetch and process all those orders in one place. Earlier we had to login into each marketplace one by one for orders processing which was very time consuming process. 2) Automatic real-time inventory synchronisation is awesome tool provided by them. Inventory automatically get synchronised with all marketplace. Which helped us to save time on manual uploading. Earlier we had to upload inventory on marketplace manually. 3) It is accessible 24x7 so I can work in the same even when I am on leave. 4) We can use personal mobile for picking and putaway by installing vin eretail app on the same, if no handheld scanner is available. 5) we can access the same on mobile web also.
