## About viktor.com
Viktor is an AI employee that lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams. AI for the rest of us. Most AI tools wait for a prompt, answer in a chat window, then forget everything. Viktor is different. He works where your team already works, connects to 3,200+ business tools, learns how your company operates, and actually does the work: pulling reports, managing ad campaigns, building dashboards, researching leads, automating workflows, and shipping code. You talk to him like a teammate. He gets smarter about your business every day. What Viktor does - Works across your entire stack in one message. Pull Meta Ads data, analyze it, update Notion, and open a Linear issue, all from a single Slack or Teams message. - Acts proactively, not reactively. Viktor watches how your team works, flags issues before you ask (SSL problems, page-indexing gaps, ad spend drift), and suggests automations on his own. - Runs scheduled work 24/7. Daily metrics digests, weekly audits, monthly reconciliations, all running autonomously. - Delivers real, professional output. Board-ready PDFs, Excel models, and slide decks with real charts and tables, not walls of text. - Builds and ships software. Viktor clones repos, opens pull requests, triages bugs, and deploys full web apps (dashboards, portals, internal tools) from a single message. - Remembers your company. Persistent memory means he retains past decisions, team preferences, and processes across every conversation. Who Viktor is for Founders, operators, and teams who need analyst, operations, marketing, and engineering capacity but cannot hire for every gap. Viktor speaks marketing, SEO, finance, ops, and engineering, a combination that is impossible to hire for in one person. He scales from a two-person startup to growing companies that need shared context across the whole team. Integrations 3,200+ tools including Stripe, HubSpot, Meta Ads, Google Ads, PostHog, Linear, Notion, GitHub, and Salesforce. If a connection does not exist yet, Viktor can build one. Security and compliance SOC 2 compliant, GDPR aligned, CCPA compliant, and CASA Tier 3 certified. Sensitive actions run through an approval flow, so your team stays in control. ## viktor.com Reviews
 ### 1. Effortless Website Building with Human-Like Interaction

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike W. | Founder and Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about viktor.com?**

I like that Viktor.com is easy to work with and allows me to interact with it just like talking to a human, which is great because you don't need to know coding to get the job done. It's as simple as it gets for setup. Viktor.com has helped me build my entire ecosystem, consisting of eight platforms for my not-for-profit. It feels like having an employee, which is amazing because I operate solo in this field. The set up is incredible, and the fact is that it is billed as a coworker in slack, but I barely use it for Slack.

**What do you dislike about viktor.com?**

I think there are a few things that can be improved: the amount of rework sometimes feels frustrating. And the communication to the support team has gotten much better. But there is still a lot of questions that don't go answered and need to be worked through before they can be given an answer. Also, communication in general has started to dwindle since the release of Teams. The team was so super helpful and accessible prior.

**What problems is viktor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Viktor.com helps build websites and internal platforms without needing coding skills, creating an ecosystem for my not-for-profit. It's easy to work with and communicates like a human.

 ### 2. Small team, big output — Viktor fills the gaps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Malcolm S. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

**What do you like best about viktor.com?**

The most helpful thing about Viktor is that it actually executes — it's not a chatbot that gives you ideas you still have to implement yourself. I run a small energy and internet company with a team of four, and Viktor handles our daily customer data syncs from a wholesale portal that has no API (it logs in, downloads the CSV, and updates our CRM automatically), drafts personalized churn recovery emails in Gmail every morning before I'm at my desk, runs a 3-email drip sequence for our solar leads, generates and publishes our weekly social media content with branded graphics, and even ran a full SEO audit on both our websites and implemented the fixes directly in WordPress. The range is the real upside — one tool replaced a social media service we were paying for, eliminated hours of manual CRM data entry, and removed the need for separate email automation software, all inside Slack where I already work. I send it voice messages from my truck and come back to finished drafts waiting for approval. For a small team, that consolidation alone saves us real hours every week and real dollars every month in tools we've dropped. The unexpected benefit was the memory — I corrected a piece of energy terminology once, and it never got it wrong again. It knows our brand colors, our competitors, how I write emails, my signature. That kind of persistent context means I'm not re-explaining things constantly, which is something I've never experienced with any other tool.

**What do you dislike about viktor.com?**

The main downside is that Viktor can be verbose — sometimes I ask a quick question and get a five-paragraph answer when a sentence would do. I'd rather get the short answer and ask for more if I need it. The other thing I've run into is context not always carrying across channels. I had a situation where Viktor was doing work in one Slack channel and had no idea what it was doing in another, so I had to explain things it should have already known. It's been improved since I flagged it, but early on that was frustrating. There's also a learning curve in figuring out how to delegate effectively — it's powerful, but it's not like handing a task to a human who fills in the gaps intuitively. You need to be somewhat specific about what you want, especially for bigger projects. None of these are deal-breakers given the output I'm getting, but they're real.

**What problems is viktor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Viktor, our biggest problem was tool sprawl and manual busywork eating up my day. We had a social media service putting out generic content that got zero engagement, I was manually downloading CSV exports from our wholesale portal to keep track of customer churn, our CRM had no automated data flowing into it, and SEO on both our websites had literally never been touched — we discovered the "discourage search engines" box had been checked since launch, meaning Google couldn't even find us. Now, Viktor syncs our entire customer database daily from that portal automatically, flags churn the same morning it happens, and drafts personalized win-back emails offering a $50 credit — we went from catching cancellations days late to having recovery emails ready before 7 AM. Our social media went from outsourced filler to locally-focused content with branded graphics across five content pillars, and engagement jumped noticeably once we started posting community-relevant stuff instead of generic energy tips. The solar lead campaign brought in 37 leads through Facebook, each one automatically entered into a 3-email drip sequence without me touching anything. The SEO fixes alone — meta titles, schema markup, new service pages, indexing turned on — were work I would have paid an agency thousands for. The whole experience lives inside Slack, which is already open on my screen, so there's no extra dashboard or login. Integrations with Facebook, Gmail, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Zoho CRM, Chargebee, and our WordPress sites all work and were set up through conversation, not configuration wizards. For the price, the ROI isn't even close — I've dropped at least two paid tools and absorbed work that would have required a part-time hire. The AI is the part that ties it together: it doesn't just automate tasks, it learns our business context over time and connects dots across channels, which means the longer you use it, the less you have to explain.

 ### 3. Streamlining Business Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SK A. | Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about viktor.com?**

I like how Viktor.com can actually do work for me rather than just suggesting work I need to do, which takes it to the next level compared to other LLMs. I've used it to build KPIs, charts, and metrics, making it easy to track these for my business. It has helped us a lot, and the initial setup was very easy. Even though it was a bit tricky to start and understand how to use it properly, it's been working out so well that we're planning to transfer everything over to Viktor.com in time.

**What do you dislike about viktor.com?**

I would say it does forget things sometimes, it glosses over or assumes things that are quite important however, if you're paying attention to what it's doing you can usually catch those issues and get it worked out with him. But sometimes it takes a while and can be frustrating. A little bit tricky to start to understand how to use it properly. But even with all that said I think its an amazing product

**What problems is viktor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Viktor.com to analyze our business, build KPIs, charts, and metrics, making it easy to track them. It does work for me, unlike other LLMs. We've integrated it with all our business tools.

 ### 4. Viktor unleashes your younger self and opens your mind - think like an 8 yr old again

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris J. | The loan guy, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about viktor.com?**

I have been researching Ai systems for over 9 months now, and Viktor is one of the few that I can see that is more than creating an image of a chicken crossing the road but on the moon, but in saying that it just opens system that works with you, makes you think outside the box and lets you become creative like back in school.

**What do you dislike about viktor.com?**

It’s surprising how quickly you burn through credits. At the same time, you get so many ideas that I think I ended up creating about 10 projects over the weekend.

**What problems is viktor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve had an idea for my business for over 15 years, but as a small business we don’t have the budget. Even so, I’ve created a number of solutions that will make my clients’ lives easier, and now that I’ve implemented them, I can finally start putting that long-held idea into practice.

The best part you use one easy system that understands everyday language you dont need to be tech nerd to get what your trying to achieve.

In what would take me 2 or 3 days work i had it completed in 15 minutes,

which allowed to add additional part of support and providing guides

I can also provide a clean and simple way to automate a lot of part of my business that i normally use systems like zapier but it has its limitations.

The best part instead of having multiple software system running I can have the one system that knows where im at, it helps when you forget or lose parts that previously worked on. instead of going though dozens of programs trying to find wha you have been working on.

 ### 5. A jack-of-all-trades coworker that understands your business and works really, really fast

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darryl N. | Technical Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about viktor.com?**

I think the biggest thing is that it is right there, in Slack, with your full business context, and knowledge and skills are shared across the team.

It is ridiculously easy to get started. Basically just sign in via Slack and that's it. Viktor will take you from there.

While it does make mistakes (it is just AI, after all), I've been able to accomplish so much more than without it, even when you count the time fixing issues.

There are *tons* of integrations, and Viktor can build his own if one does not exist already.

I think the pricing is fair, especially given the amount of infrastructure behind it all.

You can choose your model easily via the dashboard, and they have the latest models available within hours of release.

And did I mention the Slack community?
Besides all the help and support from the team, they are open to complaints and feature requests and are usually very quick to improve Viktor based on that feedback.

**What do you dislike about viktor.com?**

There are a lot of issues, but they don't outweigh the benefits.

I guess the biggest thing is that it is still AI. Even with the layers of guidance and control they add, it still can get confused, do things it shouldn't, and make mistakes. I think Fable 5 will help with this, but it is expensive and overkill for smaller tasks; building apps, though, will be a lot easier with it...

Trying to one-shot an app is hard, even with Opus. Even with a detailed spec and getting it to generate a plan before implementing, it tends to miss details and leave lots of bugs. I expect Fable 5 will do a lot better, though.

Understanding the best way to use it is also a bit of a mission. Currently it is a combination of asking Viktor himself, watching the community Slack for tips, and already knowing how AI works and how to use it.
But they are working on training and support resources, so hopefully this won't remain much of an issue.

On that note, pricing can seem scarily uncontrollable at times. It is a subscription for a certain amount of usage, and you can easily use up a lot of your credits. But think of it as a platform or hire: When applied correctly, it does work faster than could be done by other means, or work that could not be done at all. Paying $150 for a simple little app seems expensive compared to a typical SaaS subscription for an app of similar size and complexity, but when a SaaS tool doesn't exist for your niche case, it is a lot cheaper than getting a dev to do it! (I am a dev. It took a basic spec and a day of occasional prompting to make an acceptable app, whereas doing it "manually" even with Claude Code could have been the whole day of just working on that. And that $150 is a one time cost that is saving us $100/month in Zapier subscription cost...)

Permissions for integration actions (e.g., always allow, never allow, ask for confirmation) are not as granular as I'd like. Ideally we'd have overall permissions for an integration, and then customizable per user, app, and scheduled task.
Also, apps and scripted scheduled tasks can't use write actions, so you have to workaround that with a queue of actions to be performed and agent scheduled tasks to execute them.
I believe they are working on improving at least some of this. Quite a number of people have asked in their Slack, and they do listen to requests.

Skills and scheduled tasks are a bit tricky to get visibility on and manage. (But they are working on this as I write!)

There have been outages. Some are general internet infrastructure outages (AWS, etc.), some are specific to their infrastructure provider, and some are related to the model providers themselves (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.). But they are working on improving reliability all the time.

**What problems is viktor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wear a lot of hats, mainly Tech Admin/Systems Admin. Having a tool that can build stuff and automate stuff is insanely useful. And then there's the ease of pulling comprehensive analytics reports across GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, Intelligems, etc.; finding stuff in Trello, or even organizing Trello; and everything else that requires pulling info together from multiple platforms or updating stuff in multiple platforms.

There is stuff I could build myself but is usually quicker and easier with Viktor, even if just for the first prototype:

- Need an app that processes incoming email attachments and adds them to sales in our ERP? Built.

- Want to regularly scan our ~2000 products in Shopify for basic issues without needing AI? Done.

- And I've got two big ones lined up, each of which would take me days without Viktor... Fable 5 here I come...

There is stuff I could write down to remember or research manually:

- Need meeting prep for the day? Viktor sends me a brief each morning with agendas and action items and context.

There are manual workflows we can speed up, improve, or replace:

- Need product descriptions? Instead of using Claude or ChatGPT to write it, Viktor can research the product and write a description using our product description SOP, our product knowledge database, and our brand and business context; he even knows the nuance of the "why" behind the product, based on our Slack conversation about it.

- Same with other copy. And he can easily push to a Google Doc for review and editing, and then when we give the green light he pulls the content from the doc and publishes it for us.

- Need to migrate a Shopify collection from Manual to Smart or vice versa? We have an SOP in Notion for that; just give Viktor the collection name or link and he's on it.

There are also little automations that are useful but which we wouldn't have invested engineering time in otherwise. Like managing the agendas for weekly internal meetings and detailing them to the team before the meeting (we do this for multiple teams).

And so much more...

A lot (or most) of this could be done with Claude, but the fact that Viktor knows our business and our team makes most of them a lot smoother. And heck, if you need to switch to Claude Code he can assemble context and write the prompt so Claude knows everything it needs.

 ### 6. Viktor Delivers In-Depth Scam Research Reports for Journalism

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alun H. | Journalist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about viktor.com?**

I was about to take on an editorial assistant for my journalism work—probably a media student with an interest in researching fraudsters. Instead, I tried Viktor, asking “him” to look into a possible scammer—in this case, a chiropractor. Viktor did the research and compared what the chiropractor was saying online with what (UK) chiropractors are allowed to say and do. Viktor also understood the General Chiropractic Council’s rules, as well as the advertising rules of the Advertising Standards Authority. I now have a full report on the chiropractor’s alleged wrongdoings for my story.

**What do you dislike about viktor.com?**

At first, I thought I couldn’t save my workflow, but then I discovered I can save it as “skills” for future investigations, reports, and output formats.

**What problems is viktor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s saving me a massive amount of time - and staff costs - whilst still getting detailed responses.

 ### 7. Autonomous Task Management Boosts Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick C. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about viktor.com?**

I really like the autonomy that Viktor.com has. I can give it a task, and it will go away and perform that task and give me some sort of output that isn't just text. This setup is really easy, and with the integrations, Viktor can communicate flawlessly between apps. I've found that using Viktor.com just boosts productivity because it behaves more like an employee rather than just a prompt tool.

**What do you dislike about viktor.com?**

I'd really like to see Viktor.com become a desktop app, where you can actually talk to it, like a Hey Google functionality with voice commands.

**What problems is viktor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Viktor.com for project management and running my digital agency, boosting productivity in content creation, market research, and social media campaigns. It behaves like an employee, performs tasks autonomously, and integrates smoothly for seamless communication across tools.

 ### 8. Smarter-Than-Other LLMs in Slack, With Reliable Automations and Easy Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about viktor.com?**

It lives in Slack. It feels smarter than other LLMs and comes across like a real coworker. I’ve found it dependable for crons and other recurring tasks, especially when I need something to run reliably without a lot of follow-. It also have so many integrations and is incredibly user-friendly. Support has also been easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about viktor.com?**

I’d love for Viktor to include auto-optimizations for credit usage, along with smart skill suggestions as I go so I can work more efficiently. The pricing feels high - especially when I’m building assets - so I end up limiting how much I use it. Multi-agent support would be amazing, and I’d also like some kind of coworker access. It would help to have a central place to manage the sites we build together, plus more design customization options for assets, and similar improvements.

**What problems is viktor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Day to day task managements and check ins, talking to other team, checking emails, building pages, editing images, reviewing copy and docs, consulting

 ### 9. Streamlined Automation with mostly Seamless User Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keith E. | Web Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about viktor.com?**

I love that I can tell Viktor.com what I want it to do in normal language, and then it just goes off and starts working on its own. The integrations that I have set up are great and I had full control over what access was given. I also love that their support is so responsive and that they actually pay attention to the customers. It was very easy to set up. I even asked it how to run more efficiently and save me money, and it gave great advice specific to my use case.

**What do you dislike about viktor.com?**

Some of the integrations time out, and I have to continuously give it access again for tasks to run. It would be great if it had a standalone app.

**What problems is viktor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Viktor.com helps me organize my business info and brainstorms with me to create structured draft content that gets added directly to my Notion workspace, working autonomously. I just instruct it in normal language, letting me focus on business tasks. It's efficient and prompts me when it needs input.

 ### 10. Effortless Integration, Robust Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Douglas M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about viktor.com?**

I find Viktor.com to be incredibly easy to integrate with Slack and Notion, which is essential for our business. The integration with QuickBooks, Google Docs, and Google Drive speeds up our processes and consolidates everything in one place through Slack, making it totally worthwhile. I love the fantastic support and how it optimizes credit usage, which is ideal for a small business like ours. Viktor.com automates the KPI reports and analytical tasks that used to take me a lot of time to do manually. It efficiently handles data transfers and checks consistency between our CRM and applications. The speed to implementation and ease of use are remarkable. Its features like evaluating Google Ads and Meta Ads performance daily, weekly, and monthly, really help me align my product promotions effectively. The initial setup was incredibly easy, just taking a few moments to connect to Slack and other products.

**What do you dislike about viktor.com?**

I think there's still some automation in some of the cron jobs that I haven't done a good job of instructing Viktor.com on how to do. So just writing better prompts.

**What problems is viktor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Viktor.com for easy integration with Slack, Notion, QuickBooks, and more, which speeds up responses and provides answers all in one place. It automates data transfers and checks, saving time on reports and ensuring consistency.

 ### 11. Comprehensive Operations Manager with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ulrich K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about viktor.com?**

I like that Viktor.com is always active and doesn't have to rest. I can give it tasks, and it intelligently decides what to do. It can bring options, and even code for me if needed. I can access my accounts and do a lot more, like sending SMS messages to contractors and homeowners we work with. It analyzes financials and gives us reports. Overall, Viktor.com just does a lot and saves time with important tasks that we haven't automated yet.

**What do you dislike about viktor.com?**

Initially, Viktor.com was very expensive on credits and tokens that it was using. I spent a lot of my time creating ways to make it more affordable so that simple things tracked wouldn't use so much credit. Some integrations automatically expire, causing operational drag. For example, Stripe is an integration that would be better if it didn't have such a quick auto-decay period. Also, it took some developer knowledge to set up certain things because some integrations are not obvious on how to connect.

**What problems is viktor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Viktor.com to manage my operations, surfacing hidden issues like guest complaints. It manages calendars, automates responses, and saves time on repetitive tasks, which are vital for my Airbnb business.

 ### 12. Viktor? Essential for Daily Operations and Effortless Integrations!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rose A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about viktor.com?**

I use Viktor.com for our daily operations and it has been incredibly useful in the company, even becoming part of the full client journey. I like that it can explore a website and log in using the passcode I provide—it's literally the most powerful agent I’ve ever had. Viktor.com has solved a lot of loopholes, gaps, and delays, always getting us back on top of everything. I also appreciate that I can use Viktor.com to check if a website is fully functional by providing it with the passcode to access private sites. The dashboard of vibecoded websites from Lovable is taken care of by Viktor.com, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Additionally, it helped me with a connection issue to Jobber by guiding me step by step to fetch the API. The initial setup was user-friendly, making it simple to get started.

**What do you dislike about viktor.com?**

So far, I didn’t had any limitations with Viktor except a connection we needed with Jobber. It’s a pipedream issue!

**What problems is viktor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Viktor.com resolved loopholes, gaps, and delays, keeping us on top of operations. It's integrated into our client journey, assisting with quality checks and logging into sites securely.

 ### 13. Effortlessly Transformed Our Business Workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Troy D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about viktor.com?**

I love how Viktor.com has transformed my business over the last three months. It integrates well with all my software and helps me move incredibly fast. Viktor.com is like Claude or Chat GPT but with all the context from my tools. I appreciate the customer support from the company, which is second to none. I don't need to copy and paste content between platforms anymore because I can ask Viktor to log into apps like Stripe, Xero, or QuickBooks to retrieve client history and expenses. It also logs into Fathom to take call recordings and transcripts, helping me close clients, and even gives existing clients their homework action steps in Slack. The initial setup took less than twenty minutes, which was mind-blowing.

**What do you dislike about viktor.com?**

The only thing I would improve is more granular reporting on credit usage which they are already working on.

**What problems is viktor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Viktor.com helped me increase revenue without extra staff, streamline invoicing, client onboarding, communication, and project management, while enhancing profitability and consistency.

 ### 14. A Truly Useful AI That Works 24/7 and Fits Right Into Our Tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalie L. | Founder & Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about viktor.com?**

Viktor actually does the work, not just talks about it. It connects to all the tools we already use such as Outlook, Xero, Karbon, LinkedIn, Google Drive and Mailchimp and takes action across them from Slack without any technical setup. It genuinely feels like having an extra team member who never drops the ball and works 24/7 without talking back or asking for a pay rise.

**What do you dislike about viktor.com?**

Nothing at all it really is the first AI that is actually super useful.

**What problems is viktor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small accounting firm owner, I'm constantly switching between various tools such as Outlook, Xero, Karbon, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, Google Sheets, to name a few and wearing every hat from client work to marketing to team management. Viktor solves the problem of being stretched too thin by actually doing tasks across all of those tools from one place.

Before Viktor, things like searching through emails, categorising my calendar, drafting replies, scheduling LinkedIn posts, creating Mailchimp campaigns, and chasing up podcast production tasks were all manual and scattered. Now I message Viktor in Slack and it just handles it — drafts email replies into my Outlook drafts, categorises my calendar each morning, researches new client leads, pulls YouTube and website analytics, and even creates Karbon work items from templates.

The biggest benefit is time back. I run a lean team of four and Viktor genuinely feels like an extra team member who's across everything and available whenever I need them. Less context switching, less admin, more time for actual client work.

 ### 15. Semi-Reliable Automation with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about viktor.com?**

I like Viktor.com because when it works, it works really well. It's valuable because it's one of the few AI solutions that runs in the cloud, and it's sort of semi-reliable and easy to set up. The initial setup was pretty easy, and it's able to automatically create tasks from my meeting summaries and create new projects from my new orders in the Slack channel.

**What do you dislike about viktor.com?**

The skill files need a lot of improvement. Being able to upload your own files to a dedicated area and edit them easily would be good. It's a bit of a black box when Viktor.com isn't working, and it would be helpful to access and debug it more easily. The integrations were a bit harder and time-consuming to set up, especially when there are a lot.

**What problems is viktor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Viktor.com automatically creates tasks from my meeting summaries and new projects from orders in my Slack channel.

 ### 16. Seamless Slack Integration and Powerful SEO Optimizations for WordPress

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike A. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about viktor.com?**

The direct connection to Slack and how it connects to literally 30 plus of our tools and software, and it can directly make SEO optimizations to our clients' WordPress websites.

**What do you dislike about viktor.com?**

Probably something along the lines of the usage and tokens, but I've also asked it to do some pretty lengthy tasks, so we consume a lot of credits. I'm sure that's something that could be improved over time.

**What problems is viktor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving a massive amount of time completing our SEO fulfillment tasks and stuff that would normally take our team two days, it could do in a few hours.

**Reviewed by:** Jesse G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about viktor.com?**

I can't believe how much Viktor.com can do, and I'm literally re-writing my entire business to become AI Native because of it. I love that it automates full client presentations, saving countless time. It connects to EVERYTHING and literally does the work, which is a massive help. The time-saving aspect is significant, as client interactions that used to take hours now just take minutes. The initial setup was easy, and I use it with other tools like GHL, Google, Drive, and GitHub.

**What do you dislike about viktor.com?**

I feel it could benefit from more access to more things as it evolves. However, I think a lot of it depends on the other software's end, like what functions it can perform via the API.

Viktor.com automates client presentations, saving me countless hours. It connects to everything, transforming interactions that took hours into minutes.
