Viewpoints.ai is a patented legal technology platform for litigation strategy, jury research, and case evaluation. Developed by Stanford-trained media psychologists and grounded in research on human decision-making, the platform uses venue-specific AI jurors to help trial teams test how different types of jurors may respond to case themes, evidence, witnesses, damages arguments, and other strategic decisions before trial. Unlike general-purpose AI tools that produce a single answer, Viewpoints creates populations of distinct simulated jurors with different backgrounds, life experiences, media exposure, psychological traits, cognitive biases, and decision-making tendencies. Jurors can review pleadings, testimony, exhibits, video, expert opinions, openings, closings, and other case materials, then answer questions, interact with attorneys, and deliberate in panels. Litigators use Viewpoints to test themes and arguments, evaluate witnesses and evidence, explore damages strategies, compare competing narratives, and inform case valuation and settlement decisions. Simulations can be rerun quickly as discovery and trial strategy evolve. The platform is used by more than a dozen Am Law 100 firms and major insurance companies, and its methodology has also been tested against live human jury research.
