Viewpoint is excellent in that it offers two different user interfaces connected to the same backend database. Users can elect to use Viewpoint Web - the newly released web-based version that offers the intuitive simplicity most legal practitioners desire or the traditional desktop version if you're a creature of habit. So one user can be in Viewpoint Web and the another in desktop and the work product syncs the same (unlike Relativity and RelOne) - the power to choose is yours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Viewpoint Integrated Analytics? I do not like that it is not marketed very well by Conduent. It is an excellent platform with extremely powerful features, especially with the addition of Viewpoint Web which was needed to modernize the user interface, but it isn't thrown into the spotlight often enough. You can establish entire review strategies and workflows around the analytics, whereas other products may simply identify groups of emails related or documents textually similar. What do you dislike about Viewpoint Integrated Analytics? There are so many things Viewpoint can do, it's impossible to know how to do eveyrthing. I feel like I'm always calling our Viewpoint specialist and bothering her with questions about how to do things, because I know it has the functionality, I just can't remember how to do everything.
