Also, to benefit from VIENNA Advantage, the organization need to have a well structured procedures and processes to reflect it on the system and if an organization lacks to have such structured procedures and processes, then it will require special customization efforts to enable such organization benefit from it. The development platform is excellent. More than 80% of the application can be built by business users with some knowledge of SQL and basic knowledge of software development. Standard ERP & CRM modules provided by Vienna are very flexible and can be very easily configured to your specific needs.

Documentation can be significantly upgraded. I think a process flow diagram for all the major processes would significantly improve the learning curve for new users. Without the workflow documentation one does not know how the different windows/screens relate to each other.
