The advantages of using Viedoc are that the platform is very user-friendly, you don't need to have any prior knowledge of Viedoc as there are comprehensive training resources available that are very well designed and easy to follow. Building forms and creating workflows is intuitive and simple, but also due to the possibility of using java script, a lot of advanced customizations can be done. Something I don't like regarding Viedoc is the roles system because it seems a bit complicated but I am new to this whole process so maybe it is just the matter of adjustment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system is user friendly and not confusing. Training as such was well-structured and organized with a big plus that user can navigate the materials on their own, independently. Video tutorials were very helpful and clear in providing information and instructions on how to complete designer tasks and challenges. There were no problems in using all the information to create our own design. When support was needed, help was provided quickly and efficiently. Building forms and schedules was interesting and entertaining. The process of creating forms is very intuitive and simple. The ability of using JavaScript for setting schedules and form dependencies was a big plus for me since it adds the possibility of using complex logic and configuration. Updates can be configured and added to original design easily.

The process of collecting data and reporting the data, as well as visibility and transparency seems very well structured.

Although the use of Java Script is a plus for me, I can see how it can put off people that had no or little experience in programing. There were few issues (error messages and exclamation marks) during the training that were resolved but since the training program was created and used as part of the Viedoc application, seeing those small issues or current inabilities to access system may raise doubts in stability of the applications. I like everything we’ve worked with: forms' and study workflow design, edit check programming, set-up of roles and study settings (SDV settings, Alerts).
