4.5/5
What do you like best about Viedoc?

Consistent updates in viedoc features to fix the anticipating bugs and quick resolution of errors in cutomer and user support (eg: recently faced an issue to publish the design, which got resolved in a few hours). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Viedoc?

Can have a workaround when multiple people are working in study workflow in designer page. Can have a check point for multiple visits accessed by different people at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Solution for Clinical Data Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Viedoc?

What I appreciate most about Viedoc is that it offers a complete package. From CRF design to randomization, patient reporting, and output in CDISC format, everything is available in one place, which is what I find most appealing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Viedoc?

One aspect I dislike is that when I want to make significant modifications to my CRF design, the available options for customization are not very extensive or in-depth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Johannes Molin of Viedoc

I'm delighted to see that set-up time is reduced by using Viedoc! This is such a critical aspect for many sponsors and CROs, so I'm happy to see that our efforts to shorten build timelines is appreciated!

Viedoc Logistics is still a relatively new application in our suite, so we really appreciate your feedback on this as well. It is really easy to use and is working well in many trials, but lacks the bells and whistles for the projects with more complex Logistics requirement. So far at least...

Kind regards

Johannes

"Viedoc is modern and user friendly, for both Designer and end user!"
5/5
What do you like best about Viedoc?

Viedoc makes building a study easy and fun. It doesn't require extensive coding knowledge; it's quick to get in and start working. It has a modern look and feel that's really nice, the tools and interface are intuitive to use, and the built-in features like customized report dashboards are great. From an end-user perspective, I love that queries and calculated fields update in real time and don't require a form save, and the system is fast and responsive. In the last year, they've made updates to make the Designer experience even better, like ensuring the "Add a field" tools section is always accessible as you scroll down the page designing long forms. They also added functionality to compare database versions to review changes, and a report that gives a better look at what the database impacts will be when publishing changes. The Support team is responsive and helpful, as well. I've worked on studies in several databases, and Viedoc is genuinely my favorite one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Viedoc?

There could be more field customization, like options to change the height of items or indent, but there are ways to work around these missing features. The ability to have site and/or study-level documents would be useful for many studies, as well. Overall, any complaints I may have are small - there's nothing I outright dislike about using Viedoc! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Johannes Molin of Viedoc

Hi Cindy, and thanks for a fantastic review! Great to hear that Viedoc makes building studies fun! Equally good to hear that you consider Viedoc ultra-modern and intuitive!

Point taken also on the view in the designer tool. I will make sure this is carried forward to the team - even if not a major drawback we are continuously striving for improving the product!

Kind regards

Johannes

"User-Friendly EDC: Intuitive Design, No Training Needed"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Viedoc?

From an end user's perspective, the look and usability of the EDC is quite intuitive. Even those with no prior experience using EDC can quickly learn how to navigate and operate it independently, without the need for classroom training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Viedoc?

When the Lab normal ranges are updated retrospectively, we have to manually resave every affected form. This becomes a massive task, especially if the study involves many Subjects and Lab forms are included across multiple visits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Data Cleaning and CDISC Conversion with Viedoc"

What do you dislike about Viedoc?

like when i working with large data Viedoc produce many split files that increases merging timing, also when i export CSV files through it but naming conventions dont matching directly with SDTM expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
