From an end-user perspective, data entry is straightforward and simple. The user interface is clean, making navigation easy. Designing forms and fields is also quite simple, and there are user guides available for all roles, which are extremely useful at every stage. Implementing SDV is very straightforward as well. I have been using this EDC consistently for over 1 year, and my experience has been very positive. If any issues arise, the Viedoc support team is always available and responds quickly. Another benefit is the option to create custom reports by integrating R programming, which enables further customization of reports as required. **What do you dislike about Viedoc?** The only feature I feel is missing is the ability for multiple people to work on the same design version at once. **What problems is Viedoc solving and how is that benefiting you?** For all clinical studies, it eases the collection and storing of data by abiding to regulations. Also, since we can take reports exports in sas format, it is easier to program reports with compliance to regulations. ### 2. One of the main aspects I appreciate about Viedoc is its user-friendly interface, which is excellent for both the end-users and eCRF developers like myself. The platform is particularly beneficial in easing the creation and management of data collection platforms for clinical studies. I find the ViedocMe feature particularly impressive as it facilitates the direct collection of data from patients, enhancing the data acquisition process. Moreover, the design comparison feature is another standout element for me, as it assists in identifying changes between different design versions, ensuring clarity on modifications in the latest versions. Setting up initial designs in Viedoc is also notably easy compared to other EDC systems, making it more effective for my team and me. Overall, these features contribute significantly to streamlining our workflow and improving efficiency in clinical data management. **What do you dislike about Viedoc?** I couldn't make the fields as repeating ones in Viedoc. This lack of a repeating field feature means that if a form requires the same type of information for different analytes, I have to create each one separately. This is quite difficult as an EDC designer because it adds unnecessary complexity and time to the form creation process. **What problems is Viedoc solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Viedoc to create a user-friendly data collection platform for clinical studies, simplifying eCRF development. As a designer, I also find it simple to create basic form features thanks to the tool's well-organized structure. **What do you dislike about Viedoc?** At times, the designer page can be slow, especially when working on certain modules such as RTSM. Additionally, it would be helpful if features like log lines were added or updated for use with common forms. **What problems is Viedoc solving and how is that benefiting you?** The primary issue that Viedoc EDC addresses is its user-friendly design, which ensures everything remains straightforward and simple. One of its standout features is how it makes understanding and navigating the system much easier. This reduces the main issues that are caused in the course of a trail. In addition to this the segregation of the modules is very useful to find the errors and to rectify them. ### 4. It would be better if these features were integrated directly into the page instead. **What problems is Viedoc solving and how is that benefiting you?** One problem I encounter with viedoc is that when I open pages, they are launched in a new window rather than being displayed within the main website. I believe it would be more convenient if these pages were embedded directly into the site. Additionally, including loglines in viedoc, similar to what other EDC systems offer, would be very helpful for users. ### 5. It doesn't require extensive coding knowledge; it's quick to get in and start working. It has a modern look and feel that's really nice, the tools and interface are intuitive to use, and the built-in features like customized report dashboards are great. From an end-user perspective, I love that queries and calculated fields update in real time and don't require a form save, and the system is fast and responsive. In the last year, they've made updates to make the Designer experience even better, like ensuring the "Add a field" tools section is always accessible as you scroll down the page designing long forms. They also added functionality to compare database versions to review changes, and a report that gives a better look at what the database impacts will be when publishing changes. The Support team is responsive and helpful, as well. I've worked on studies in several databases, and Viedoc is genuinely my favorite one. **What do you dislike about Viedoc?** There could be more field customization, like options to change the height of items or indent, but there are ways to work around these missing features. The ability to have site and/or study-level documents would be useful for many studies, as well. Overall, any complaints I may have are small - there's nothing I outright dislike about using Viedoc! **What problems is Viedoc solving and how is that benefiting you?** Viedoc gives us an ultra-modern, user-friendly tool to offer to clients.
