Technical support was also not the greatest experience at the onset. **What problems is Vidyo Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used Vidyo primarily to connect via video conference to our investors, owners, and asset managers at the Senior Leadership level. Vidyo allowed us to brand our conference tool so it could add credibility to our organization in our communications. ### 2. The limit of users in a single meeting seemed to be an issue for us at the end. **Recommendations to others considering Vidyo Platform:** Great if you have smaller meetings.
