Rooms is new and I know it will only improve, but there needs to be the ability to customize the header colors and better organize the documents you upload. Right now it is just a long list of uploads.

With the multiple features it provides, I am able to create short video tutorials for my clients, send them reports, and more. I also use Vidyard for making quick walkthroughs for my colleagues. Since we are 100% remote and have varying schedules, Vidyard allows me to create asynchronous training snippets. Additionally, I'm able to easily organize my videos, edit them and get insights on who has viewed them, for how long, and the number of viewers. I think it is a relatively easy platform to use. I like the simplicity of it, its integration with outlook, and the new features that have recently come out... I also like the script capability. As one of the people who ran the pilot, implementing it in our office was definitely easier with Katie on the team. I think that the difference between the desktop app and the online app is somewhat confusing. it would be nice to be able to use the online version where I can put video over a PPT, etc. I also wish you could see the viewers through the integration of Outlook and not just through the online email sendout on the website. When cropping a clip that I have recorded, the site takes a significant amount of time to process the video to allow editing, and then more time to finalize the clip post editing.
Additionally, I have had the issue where the audio and visual timing is off and the audio is ahead of the video and my speaking is ahead of my recording.
This causes multiple takes and time that shouldn't necessairly have to be spent. It is even more annoying when it was a decent take and it has to be done again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
