I like how easy it is to share my screen and record what I need to show folks. I also really like I can see the number of views that my videos get (so I know if folks are actually clicking and watching them.) I also like I can customize the thumbnail preview of my video. Vidyard is amazing. I used a few different platforms before to record videos for my clients and Vidyard so far is the best because it has 40 minutes recording limits which is way more than what Loom gives. You can also share URL with people just like Loom and you can also choose thumbnails. You can also record screen on and off browser with their free tier plan.
