"Great tool to share videos with your customers!"

What do you like best about Vidyard?

This is a very easy tool to use! We share videos with ease to our customers. We have never had complaint from anyone that they were not able to view the video. We also have used the links to share videos on our website. It is very customer friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vidyard?

You can create a varieity of different vidoes and share you screen with your customers. You can also edit those video and use a few different tools to add some personalization to each video.

What do you dislike about Vidyard?

It doesn't automatically include captions; you have to submit a request. I also wish the video frame had three sizes: small, medium, and extensive. Currently, only small and large. As a Deaf person, signing is significant, and I have medium or large options. Small doesn't work well for the ASL Community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
