It's hard to get all decision makers on calls so having Vidyard helps me record/send a video of everything we are going over so the decison makers not on the call can see the value. Whenever we encountered issues or needed help, the response was slow and unhelpful, making it difficult to rely on the platform. This lack of communication from support turned us off.
