Love that I don't have to adjust my work flow in a major way, the plug in allows easy web browser or screen recording so I don't have to go out of my way with multiple complicated steps or workarounds that I need to do with other simliar software. I get an easy to share link, and can even edit or clip my video to cut out me fumbling with stop key. It can access and browse them later on to pull in or reference later if needed. This product is an excellent way to differentiate yourself as a salesperson. As a salesperson, the last thing I want to do is send a boring emails where it's clear that I'm trying to sell them something. Vidyard is a great way to be personalized and sell using the tone that you can have on the phone but with the ease of sending out via email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I love that you can track open rate including profiles of who opened your emails but unfortunately, you have to integrate your email and send through the Vidyard platform where there is no ability to change font. When someone asks me how to complete a process, rather than telling them and hoping they remember, I shoot a video and share it with them.
