VidWords is an AI-powered video knowledge platform that turns YouTube videos into searchable transcripts, summaries, and actionable insights. Users can paste a YouTube URL to instantly extract a transcript with timestamps, search through the content, and export it in multiple formats including TXT, SRT, VTT, CSV, and JSON. For deeper understanding, VidWords AI Watch analyzes both the audio and visual content of a video. It can identify key moments, surface verbatim quotes, reference actual video frames, answer questions with citations, generate study notes, and create self-tests. VidWords is designed for researchers, students, content creators, marketers, and professionals who want to understand and reuse information from videos without watching them from start to finish. It can also process videos that do not have existing captions.
