The only minor challenge was the time zone difference since they’re based in the UK and I’m in the US, which occasionally delayed real-time communication—but that’s hardly their fault and didn’t affect the quality of their work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Vidi Corp team is great to work with and made the implementation process very easy. I would recommend them to anyone looking to connect QuickBooks data into SQL or build more flexible reporting outside of QuickBooks. "Efficient Data Integration and Quick Support"

What do you like best about Vidi Corp?

I use Vidi Corp for a PBIX file that combines all of my clients' QBO data into one spot, allowing me to individually slice and dice, as well as view the industry as a whole. I found Vidi Corp to be the most affordable and effective option after a web search. They were able to solve the issue of not being able to combine all our clients' QBO data into one spot in Power BI, and it's great that the PBIX file is usable. We were provided with some dashboards and created our own as well, which I find valuable. What problems is Vidi Corp solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am an accountant who loves the reporting power of Power BI but QuickBooks is making it harder and harder for you to extract your own data (if you don't pay them a high subscription rate). And the PowerBI connector to QuickBooks Online just gives you hundreds of tables you have to knit back together, so that's no use. There is literally NO OTHER PRODUCT on the market I've found that automatically extracts your QuickBooks Online data and puts it all back together for you to make it easy to report on, like Vidi Corp does - I LOVE THIS TOOL! It is so easy to setup. Even if you have a large QB data file, it extracts a huge amount of data lightening fast. You just connect it up to PowerBI and you can do whatever you want with your data.

Plus, they give you a PowerBI report template with ALL the financial statements and a really nice cash flow report (which looks much better than the reports I usually make) so you don't have to build them yourself. I think every accountant using QuickBooks online should know about this because you can really do so much in PowerBI, but trying to extract the data myself was such a hassle before I found this product. What do you like best about Vidi Corp?

I use Vidi Corp for connecting QuickBooks data to Power BI, which provides executive insight into data for multiple companies at once. I appreciate having access to aggregated endpoints for the Balance Sheet and the capability to connect multiple companies and accounts. The Power BI template Vidi Corp offers is helpful, and the web interface for integration, tables, and refresh settings is simple and easy to use. What do you like best about Vidi Corp?

I have been using Vidi Corp for over a year, primarily to build power apps on SharePoint, and they have also implemented a robotic process automation solution for us. I really appreciate their expertise; when other providers told us that building what we needed on SharePoint wasn't possible, Vidi Corp overcame that challenge and delivered a complete solution that fits our needs. They have helped us build a dashboard that monitors the progress of the children in our care. This dashboard is instrumental as it allows us to visualize data, improves efficiency, and aids in making informed decisions. The automation they've implemented in SharePoint links all our evidence, making it easy for us to present this information to regulators and understand what's going on with each child. I find their ability to quickly build dashboards impressive and a key reason for continuing our partnership; Vidi Corp knows how to work expertly with SharePoint, PowerApps, and BI, which encourages us to develop additional dashboards for other business areas. We had an old Power BI report analyzing our procurement data from SAP Ariba. The project objective was to automate the data refresh process in this report. Vidi Corp built a fully automated process to extract the data from SAP Ariba using Python. This data is now flowing automatically into an Azure SQL Server database that we own.

Vidi Corp have also rebuilt the old Power BI report using the new data format that we received from the automation. The reported numbers are fully matching the old report, so the reporting accuracy is maintained. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vidi Corp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed help auditing GA4 properties for our clients to help us effectively run Google and Facebook Ads. The data in several properties was unreliable which made it nearly impossible to craft optimization strategies. Vidi Corp ran an audit of our Google Tag Manager, identified the causes of data inaccuracies and corrected them. They also helped us set up server-side tracking which further increased the accuracy of our GA4 data.

They then helped us create automated Looker Studio dashboards that consolidate the data from GA4, Google Ads and Facebook Ads. As a result, we now have an automated system for reporting to our clients on performance in real time.

We also have an agency-level dashboard that helps us compare the marketing performance between all the clients. This helps our senior management see which accounts currently have issues and need additional attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
