Clunky Editor, Bare-Bones Support, and a Product Being Sunset **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026 **What do you like best about VidGrid?** VidGrid is a standard video content management system that has many of the features you would expect. In my experience, it has handled terabytes of video and what I would consider medium volume usage without any issues. **What do you dislike about VidGrid?** VidGrid’s video editor is clunky, but it gets the job done. Additionally, as a result of being bought out by another company, their support staff is extremely bare bones, and VidGrid itself is on its way to being sunset as a product. **What problems is VidGrid solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is not solving any problems as we no longer use it. ## VidGrid Discussions - [What challenges do others in the Higher Education field come across most while using VidGrid?
