# What challenges do others in the Higher Education field come across most while using VidGrid? What have you found has been the most helpful?
I am using it to share a video I'm making that is similar to the Department of Education on what is the FAFSA, things students will encounter while completing the FAFSA and what exactly the Financial Aid Department is and how we can be helpful to them. The purpose of the video is for Financial Aid Night presentations to help our staff present to the students in a more modern fashion and to save time as they can be on hand to answer questions after the video.
