"Intuitive, Stable, and Reliable for Seamless Meetings"
4/5
What do you like best about videomeet?

I use VideoMeet for online meetings, interviews, and collaborative sessions with colleagues and clients. It helps me stay connected and organize discussions efficiently without technical hassles. I love its simplicity—everything feels intuitive, from joining a meeting to sharing my screen. The interface is clean and uncluttered, and the platform stays stable even during longer sessions. I appreciate how quickly meetings load and how smoothly video and audio run, which saves time and avoids interruptions. The intuitive layout means I don’t waste time figuring out controls, and the clean interface helps me stay focused on the conversation. The stability during calls allows discussions to flow naturally without pauses, glitches, or audio drops. Overall, these elements create a smooth, reliable experience that makes my meetings more efficient and professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about videomeet?

While VideoMeet works well overall, there are a few areas where improvement would make the experience even better. The scheduling options could be more flexible, especially for recurring meetings or time-zone coordination. I’d also like to see more advanced collaboration tools—such as integrated whiteboards or smoother file-sharing—to support interactive sessions. Additionally, occasional delays when switching between features (like chat and screen share) could be optimized for a more seamless workflow. Another enhancement that would make VideoMeet even stronger is expanding personalization options—such as customizable meeting layouts, more virtual background choices, or adjustable interface themes. I’d also appreciate deeper integrations with popular productivity tools, which would simplify workflow and reduce the need to switch between apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Additionally, the initial setup of VideoMeet was easy and straightforward, allowing me to install the app and join meetings without any difficulty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about videomeet?

Sometimes VideoMeet depends a lot on internet speed, so video or audio can lag on a slow connection. It would be better if performance on low internet and app stability on older devices could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Voicemeet: A Swiss Army Knife for Routing and Polishing Audio"
5/5
What do you like best about videomeet?

If you’ve ever felt like Windows’ built-in sound settings were a bit of a chaotic mess, Voicemeet is essentially the Swiss Army knife you didn't know you needed.

It acts as a virtual mixing console, letting you route, split, and polish your audio in ways that standard hardware usually can't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about videomeet?

You’ll often find yourself having to "Restart Audio Engine" (a specific button in the menu) in the middle of a call or game to fix it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Quality, Easy Setup for Meetings"
5/5
What do you like best about videomeet?

I use videomeet for my college meetings and group studies with friends. I appreciate its feature of easily creating and sharing links for meetings, which helps with my time management. The video and sound quality is excellent—I can see all my friends' faces clearly and hear their voices without any problems. Initially, the setup seemed difficult, but once I understood its features, it became really easy. Overall, I switched from Teams because it has low video and poor sound quality, and I'm happy with videomeet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Setup, but Needs Better Video Stability"
4/5
What do you like best about videomeet?

I appreciate VideoMeet for providing an effortless and frictionless joining experience for participants, which is crucial for efficient client consultations and weekly internal team syncs. The ease of setup is another strong point; we were able to sign up and generate our first meeting link within about 10 minutes of visiting the homepage. This streamlined beginning is one of the more attractive features as it removes the hassle often associated with getting started on a new platform. Lastly, I value the prioritization of data privacy and security, which was a significant reason for switching from a larger, more globally dominant platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about videomeet?

{"I find the video performance to be challenging, as it frequently lags, freezes, or drops out, especially when there are more participants or during peak hours. This issue worsens when screen-sharing starts, impacting everyone involved.","The video quality is sensitive to weaker internet connections, and there's a need for intelligent bandwidth prioritization to ensure conversation stability by prioritizing audio over video when connections are poor.","The user interface feels dated and basic compared to competitors, which is not visually appealing or modern.","Videomeet's integrations with other tools are limited, lacking seamless connection with everyday tools like Slack or Google Calendar. This forces me to manually copy meeting links and use other platforms for communication and file sharing after meetings.","There is a lack of optimization for regional servers, which would ensure users connect to the nearest, most stable server. A dashboard with server load and connectivity health information would be beneficial."} Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
