What do you like best about VidCruiter?

What do you dislike about VidCruiter?

Recommendations to others considering VidCruiter:

Although skeptical at first, trying VidCruiter has proven to me that their hiring platform increases efficiencies when conducting hiring processes, both in time and financial expenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VidCruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?

Time efficiencies. When identifying board members, not all of them need to be available at the same time to evaluate the video interview submissions, which, in my opinion, helps in moving the staffing processes quicker.

It is also more practical for applicants since we can give them the flexibility to do their interview when it's convenient for them instead of a fixed time during our business hours that might not work for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about VidCruiter?

The support team is incredible. VidCruiter is quick to respond and has solutions to all my issues. We use both the recorded and live interviews and have been happy with our experience using both. What do you dislike about VidCruiter?

My company, due to privacy and other restrictions, would not allow me to use the white label or calendar integration tools. Being unable to use those tools is a downside - even though it is not VidCruiter's fault - but I cannot take advantage of these excellent tools because they do not comply with what my company allows. What problems is VidCruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before the recorded screening video, I was spending hours every week doing Zoom interviews, having to schedule them with time zones all over the world, and dealing with the frustrations and administrative work based on having to do that. VidCruiter has given me my time back. By allowing applicants to our program to record the interview on their time, I can now watch them (along with other reviewers) and pick who goes to the second round on my time. I am so happy to get my time back. When I do the second round live interview, we already have a foundational understanding of their profile based on their screening interview and applicant.
