When tried on various different browsers it didn't work. And I love the simplicity of creating a video that can be easily shared or downloaded for custom editing. Vidcast, when looking at sales, has a feature that makes it invaluable: it tells you when someone has watched your video (and even whether they have watched it all the way through or not). Theoretically, this could be accomplished with an electronic mail confirmation of reading; however, 1. this is fundamentally misunderstood, and 2. most likely, 98% of the recipients do not attest to having read the electronic mail. **What do you dislike about Vidcast?** To be honest, Vidcast has impressed me in every way thus far. Transcription is still an inadequate feature, though. The video might be difficult to watch, even if the majority of the recipients are in the office (diaphanous). This issue could be resolved by automatically translating subtitles. It will always be pricey, but even though there isn't any competition right now, which I think is fair, I don't see any disadvantages. **What problems is Vidcast solving and how is that benefiting you?** Emails are disliked by all. That is, at least, what my non-representative survey of my immediate surroundings revealed. Sentimentality is lacking in emails, and subtlety is hard to communicate. I'm more genuine than an email because I can use their gestures and facial expressions to communicate in a much more personal way with Vidcast. Time savings are yet another priceless benefit. I can spend a lot of time crafting a well-written email that the recipient reads in a short amount of time, depending on my skill level, typing speed, and level of perfectionism. In this sense, Vidcast and I are tied. At least the same amount of time is spent by both sides. ### 5. It is not necessary to be a technology expert to get the most benefit. From the moment we installed it, we noticed that its design was striking and its navigation was easy. This made the learning curve minimal and all employees have the opportunity to use it without problems. In addition, it has a wide range of properties that actually make our own daily tasks easier. One of my favorites is the function of quickly filming and sharing video clips. Previously, we had to deal with heavy and complex files to send, but with this program everything is much more streamlined. Now, we have the ability to easily film any meeting or presentation, and share it with work accessories in just seconds. As I was tring in multiple browser then this software didn't supported it. Videos can be shared directly from the platform, even as an organic collection. **What do you dislike about Vidcast?** When sharing a Chrome tab to record form, it would be nice to be able to see the Vidcast controls overlayed on that tab, so that you can control (e.g. stop recording) directly from there. Can't see Stats for Nerds like on YouTube. No SSO with Webex or Cisco user account.
