What I like best about Victig is that there is a person I can contact when I have a problem. I don't have to dial a call center. They also return background check results quickly. It would be helpful if we could get the authorization signed and submit a background check request on our own in th event the candidate is not responsive to the text/email requests. We sometimes have a hard time tracking people down. It would also help if we could see full SSN and DOB on the reports because sometimes new hires enter the wrong SSN on their onboarding paperwork (hard to believe- I know.)
