I don't have a negative about VICTIG Background Checks. Sometimes I think the time zone difference can be an issue since most of our operations are on Eastern Standard Time, and I believe they're on Mountain or Pacific. So they're two to three hours behind us, which sometimes causes a delay in getting a response from their staff, but once they're open for business, they're usually very prompt to respond to us.
