We love that we talk to actual humans who seem to care about our issue or need and quickly work to make it right. Everyone thoroughly communicated during implementation and continues to respond quickly when we have questions. On top of it, their system is easy to use AND we have been receicving background check reports and drug screens back SO much faster than the last provider we used. We're never stuck on hold forever or given the runaround. The staff are pretty prompt and very helpful. X cups are amazing!! My company runs about 20 - 50 screenings a month depending on our new hire supply and Victig makes it easy with their integration on UKG and their website is easy to use as well. I would say I go into victig at least 1 - 5 times a day. During implementation, Victig was very accommodating and made the transition very easy. **What do you dislike about VICTIG Background Checks?** Sometimes screenings can take longer, but that's not necessarily Victig's fault. **What problems is VICTIG Background Checks solving and how is that benefiting you?** We didn't even know the instant x cup existed before Victig!
