"Unmatched Real-Time Visibility for Pathology Workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about Vibe Retail?

When employing our complex pathology workflows, the platform shows a level of visibility I never thought possible. What I like most is being able to monitor real-time operational metrics and throughput across our lab without having to be a hawk about it.Managing Sample Distribution: It fits in perfectly with our laboratory set-up. The use of this facility helps to enhance the management of sample allocation and site performance than fragmented systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vibe Retail?

The onboarding and training of medical and technical personnel was more demanding than we first thought to make the most of sophisticated analytics and tracking capabilities. The present documentation that comes with the solution works; however, the specific LIMS and compliance reporting extra templates would flatten the onboarding learning curve for new administrative users in the pathology division. "Transparent, Integrated Platform for Real-Time Site Performance and Inventory"
5/5
What do you like best about Vibe Retail?

The platform provides a high level of transparency needed for daily site management workflows. What I love most is having the ability to monitor performance & inventory levels across our facility without having to be on manual vigil at all times. In addition, our infrastructure is better integrated into this platform and it manages our resource needs and delivery of site-specific services better than other, unconnected platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vibe Retail?

Our site ops team probably needs more on-site training than we realized to make full use of the advanced analytics. Although the core documentation is not too bad, the addition of more site-level asset tracking templates and service compliance reporting templates for specific industries will greatly reduce the depth of the learning curve for new admin users coming on board in our local team. "Seamless Integration and Live Site Reporting—Outstanding Asset Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Vibe Retail?

The asset management and retail process of which we have responsibility here at Samsung is highly functional and allows us to operate excellently across the country. Among the features I liked most is the capability of tracking live site-level performance reporting across a very wide portfolio without a lot of manual reporting direction from regional office. PMS integrates seamlessly with our existing system, allowing the regional office to better manage resource availability and site-level performance, rather than using disparate systems as before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vibe Retail?

The first onboarding session was not originally envisaged for a broader ops team for detailed analytics. To effectively use detailed analytics, the first onboarding session for the wider ops team was originally not planned. Overall, the documentation is great, though producing even more industry-specific templates around multi-site asset tracking and ensuring local branch level compliance reporting across geographic regions may be useful in flattening the onboard curve for administrators. "Single-Platform Real-Time Monitoring — Transparent, Fast, and Easy to Integrate"
5/5
What do you like best about Vibe Retail?

This site has high operational transparency, system performance, hardware connectivity device and I can access this by workflow of our IT infrastructure from one place. What do I like best about this site? I don’t need to troubleshoot the system performance manually of each outlet and device; this site monitors the system performance and hardware connectivity of the entire retail network portfolio in real time. Our current network and enterprise software application can accept it easily. Better is site gives us to manage more technical hardware resources and software application deployment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vibe Retail?

More guided sessions have been identified than expected so far, enabling the wider helpdesk team to onboard on more detailed backend diagnostics.More thorough technical documentation will help prevent less senior staff from getting stuck in the deployment phase. Documentation is needed for smooth development handover to deployment. Digital assets that cost money will need at least API style guides and integration types. "Unified Real-Time Retail Data with AI Insights That Strengthen Governance"
5/5
What do you like best about Vibe Retail?

If you have a large business, you know that operational accuracy and a real-time stream of data is critical. Vibe Retail integrates our isolated financial data into a unified ecosystem. The platform has the capability to synchronize the inventory and revenue stream for multiple channels Additionally, AI-fueled predictive insights provide clarity for planning demand and deploying resources. Designed with the needs of its users in mind, its intuitive architecture allows our finance ops team to maintain governance with high standards on multiple geographies. What do you dislike about Vibe Retail?

Of course. I do agree with the above statements but I would like to add more to it. Moreover, I have noticed the platform performing well but would like much more automation around alert threshold customisation. The scale of my business is changing and evolving constantly so basic alerts might not be sufficient. I believe I will be able to add sophisticated event driven trigger which can trigger alert for money locker reconciliation. This will help greatly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automated Operational Updates and Real-Time Reporting That Keep Us Connected"
5/5
What do you like best about Vibe Retail?

Within Grant Thornton where things change all the time change is the only constant. The platforms ability to leverage internal communications to automate the delivery of operational updates has been a huge win for us. They designed it to foster connectivity and make information localized and continually refreshing. The usage of multi-location task coordination and reporting has changed significantly since use. Report tools can provide an operational view anytime and anywhere to anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vibe Retail?

The user permission settings could use a little more granularity, while the features are great. For a large organization., being able to define very specific access roles for different department heads would add an additional layer of security and convenience that would be very useful to us. "Vibe Retail: Rock-Solid Uptime and Seamless Multi-Site Sync for Hotel Groups"
5/5
What do you like best about Vibe Retail?

Vibe Retail impressed me the most with its multi-site capabilities and high system uptime. The system can easily cope with high traffic in an extensive hotel group architecture that does a lot of cross-referencing among many accounts like retail, food & beverage, front-desk etc. User-friendly interface with real-time synchronization prevents data fragmentation across properties. It aids our property teams and shift supervisors in onboarding much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vibe Retail?

The performance of the platform is more or less very good but I feel like the advanced automated reporting could be a bit customizable from the dashboard. Admin panel optionally contains a feature that lets you generate a cross-property compliance graph but it may take more navigation steps to produce one if it’s unique. Although it's a small improvement, it would be great to have the custom report-builder become a bit more drag-and-drop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Reliable, Real-Time Tracking with a Neat, Logical UI"
5/5
What do you like best about Vibe Retail?

Vibe Retail stands out due to its high reliability and smooth tracking across multiple departments. In a luxury resort where retail, spa, and dining operations overlap constantly, having a platform that is real-time and instant in updating records is crucial. The user interface is very neat and logical, which reduces training friction for my team a lot on the floor. It accurately identifies any operational communication problems and provides us with an opportunity to maintain our service standards for the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vibe Retail?

The backbone management engine is fairly stable. I believe changing the daily auditing templates from one department to another can be made easier. The system has quite a number of standard outputs but the filter settings for exact seasonal package bundles can be a few sub menus deep. While it’s certainly tolerable, a more efficient shortcut menu for custom operational reporting would be a neat QoL improvement that allows for quicker access to popular reports. "Robust, Real-Time Inventory Tracking with Seamless Multi-Tasking"
5/5
What do you like best about Vibe Retail?

Vibe Retail is the tool I value the most. I do so because of its accurate

real-time inventory and stock update tracking. To manage the operations for a luxury brand means managing rare high-value raw materials and finished goods for which minute differences matter. The platform is robust and stable, multi-tasks complex data seamlessly, and has transparency across our production. The layout is structured well so that supervisors do not have to navigate clunky menus to keep updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vibe Retail?

The engine of this software is strong; however, the tool that lets

you filter multiple location stock reports does take some time to learn. The default reports work well, but applying very specific filters for distinct packaging variations or batch codes does require a few additional steps. While it may not hinder operations, making improvements to that specific analytical user pathway would help the deep-dive inventory audit go faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Vibe Retail Keeps Up with High-Volume Transactions and Streamlines Daily Operations"
5/5
What do you like best about Vibe Retail?

My favorite thing about Vibe Retail is that its got you covered! The

Vibe Retail application can manage a large number of transactions daily and also track inventories without any lag issues. In a fast-paced retail industry where operational expertise, speed, and inventory accuracy are the main differentiators, data sync is certainly a lifesaver. The visualizations on the dashboard are clear. Furthermore, it is easy to train and our floor staff and shift supervisors could take it up without much hassle. Daily in-store processes are streamlined and get easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vibe Retail?

Even though the platform is very stable, I feel that it would be a

little easier if we could customize the daily automated summary reports. Although the master templates cover most of our requirements, every time a small change in operational parameter is needed for a quick shift-to-shift audit, we need to look around a few sub-menu of the back-end. In the grand scheme of things, this is a very minor issue just an area where navigation could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
