**What do you like best about ViB.Tech?**

They were very willing to work with our budget and find a solution that would work for both of us. Easy to work with and our sales rep was very responsive.

**What do you dislike about ViB.Tech?**

They used telemarketing to get webinar registrations which didn't lead them to our website. We were wiling to give it a try to see if there was any value in this approach as it is different from other vendors. However, we say no value in the leads we recieved.

**Recommendations to others considering ViB.Tech:**

This was  trial run for us and it didn't work out. They do have other solutions that may work for you and your company, but it just didn't work for us. The prices are higher than competitors, just ensure they are the right fit for your ICP, needs, and budget.

We hired them to promote a webinar to an audience within our ICP.

-Ease of use/campaign set up
-Delivery of leads matches our ICP
-Lead delivery is pretty quick

-Because we pay for appointments (calls) we aren't guaranteed an actual demo session
-We have found it difficult to close deals from these leads for a variety of reasons
-Volume/Frequency: Unlike other type of lead buying, there really is no set cadence or expected lead volume on any set schedule

**Recommendations to others considering ViB.Tech:**

We have gotten some great leads from VIB that for whatever reason have not yielded closed won deals. Pipeline numbers look great but unless they become revenue, it doesn't matter. VIB is definitely worth testing.

VIB delivers us hand-raisers that indicate problems that we solve for.

**What do you like best about ViB.Tech?**

I started using ViB for 3rd party emails, and I've continued to use them at multiple companies.  Their customer service is excellent; they always bend over backwards to help us out. Because of that, I've expanded what programs I'm running with them. With their appointment setting, we've been able to increase the number of opportunities and pipeline for our sales team. Through email and webinars, we are reaching new target audiences and building our database. What keeps me coming back is the feeling that I always get the best engagement and return on my investment.

I think they could improve the management of their community to reduce misuse of the community for people seeking rewards.

I use ViB for appointment setting, email, and webinars to get in front of target audiences. It increases sales opportunities and pipeline and builds our database.

I value the quick pipeline generation provided by ViB.Tech, which has been instrumental in supporting our business operations. I find their appointment setting services especially beneficial, with past successes in enabling us to acquire 20-30 sign ups for our webinars via their effective email campaigns. The friendly Account Executives (AEs) at ViB.Tech contribute to a positive experience, enhancing the service's overall value. nothing as such but I do feel like the webcasts and research they do get carried away and go out of sync from the objective but otherwise its been good.

If you need knowledge on newer products, tools or features on various different products within Ransomware/Cyber Security or Cloud orientated or Hybrid Cloud or Hypervisor then you have the right team who can help you to select the right vendor and help you to find the right product to improve your business.

**What problems is ViB.Tech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ViB tech comes with lot of very good informative and deal breaker web casts which when I sign in to and if I like the product the ViB get me in touch with Vendor. I am tech guy so for me there were many meetings which were organized by ViB for the products I am been using now.
In short, they help to first answer your queries and make you comfortable with the product by allowing you to add to their web cats and then organize meeting with vendors to pursue further. If not then no pressure, it is still very informative.

I am really impressed with ViB.Tech's ability to narrow down their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) with precision and clarity, leaving no room for ambiguity. This specificity is highly valuable to me. Additionally, their follow-up system for appointment meeting requests is outstanding and ensures that meetings take place effectively. I also appreciate their responsiveness in taking feedback and their willingness to rectify any mismatches in expectations, demonstrating their commitment to providing value. Their communications bring considerable value to the table. I am particularly fond of their appointments program, which is proving to be beneficial for our needs. Finally, we are planning to explore their email program, anxious to see the outcomes and potentially expand our partnership.

I would like ViB.Tech to integrate deal intent into the appointments program earlier, rather than addressing it as an aftermath. Sometimes the meetings lead to a very long sales cycle, making it unclear from the onset if an opportunity will genuinely arise. It would be beneficial to understand whether a potential client is seriously evaluating my solution before the meeting rather than just exploring options. This lack of clarity can hinder the effectiveness of the appointments.

VIB feels like having another employee in your corner, helping you stay on track and reach your goals. On the other hand, if your main objective is reaching the right people, you may want to look at alternatives.

The only thing I wish they had was a better webinar platform. The current one they use is fine, but there are more advanced ones available that would better serve their customers

I was recently the campaign lead on a 3-day live digital event and was lagging on registrations. I had 5 days to hit a pretty lofty goal. I worked with the ViB team and, from start to finish, they were pros. Super easy to work with, and (bonus) actually cared about getting us results. And the best part? They delivered over 500 ICP matched registrations in under a week. Best ROI of any channel we used. Yep, any. So I imagine you're like me and kinda like hitting your goals while trying your best to minimize the usual marketing headache. If that's the case, ViB should be your new best friend. Highly recommend. 5 stars!

I am not aware of anything major, but I have asked VIB to be more communicative of our ongoing use of their package emails and how many we have remaining. (Once asked, they are very responsive.)

The staff is knowledgeable and ready to help.  They have a large database to gain qualified new leads and bring awareness.  With this database, we are not targeting the same users as with other vendors.

**What do you dislike about ViB.Tech?**

The only thing I can think of is the inability to not attach a downaloadable asset with my content syndication without having to create a new landing page, which in turns cost more money.

We have only used them for content syndication activities, however, I would definitely recommend them if you want to reach a very large untapped audiences in acquiring new qualified leads and bringing awareness to your product and solutons.

ViB brings a new database to our syndication activities and are bringing in new qualified leads that bring awareness and engagement to our joint partnerships and solutions.  The staff is very knowledgable, helpful  and greate to work with.  I do wish we they had the capabilities to let us use a complementary asset to go along with the main asset without having to create a new landing page like other content syndication vendors.

I like most that the team are very hands on, throughout the process they've been sure to be involved and invested in the decisions being made for the business.

The price is definitely a hurdle to get over. ROI appears promising but it's still early days for us.

The main problem ViB solves for us is not having the bandwidth to do the SDR and BDR work in house. Having a team of experts to do a lot of that heavy lifting benefits us by having our sales resources focus on closing deals.

The lack of transparency from VIB regarding the paid nature of their community is a significant concern. Due to the existence of a paid community attending client webinars, sales meetings, and downloading content, the conversion rates are extremely low, if not non-existent. Engaging in subsequent marketing programs with them led to a high number of duplicates. It would be more cost-effective to incentivize your own prospects to attend meetings rather than outsourcing to a company with a community that is incentivized to participate.

Since our company isn't using traditional marketing, we're aiming for small numbers of high quality leads, ABM style. ViB was able to accomodate us with all of their service offering to be targetted to only our very niche list of target prospects, which was AMAZINGLY helpful.

We tasked VIB to help us find bottom of the funnel leads that are actively investigating potential projects. We also use them for some 3rd party email sends to a targeted list to grow our database.

**What do you like best about ViB.Tech?**

They deliver the leads you want, their database is vast. The price is ok too.

**What do you dislike about ViB.Tech?**

The way they get the leads to agree to meetings. It is not upfront on how they do this when you sign up and can cause issues with sales down the line as they heavily incentivize leads to take a meeting.

**What problems is ViB.Tech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can get our name out there to a targeted audience that fits our ideal customer profile and build our database. Their targeting capabilities are excellent and can adapt to any company approach required. The level of detail that the prospects give makes, on the surface, an excellent qualified lead. We have built a strong pipeline with this program and attained a high MQL to Opp conversion. However, getting leads past that first meeting has been a struggle and building rapport with some of the potential customers have opened up and told us why. They provided all the information with no genuine project as were heavily incentivized to do so. Closed won to date is not great! 
For the right contacts and the right type of business - excellent. For real opportunities that can close within 12 months it's not performed well.

For appointment programs, members must meet specific client criteria and confirm a relevant need or project to participate. We also have a vetting procedure in place to ensure the program’s integrity, and clients are always encouraged to decline leads that don’t align with their needs.
