"Affordable and reliable automation tool for growing teams"
5/5
What do you like best about viaSocket?

viaSocket strikes a great balance between simplicity and functionality. I like how quickly I can connect APIs and set up custom automations without having to dive into complex coding. The pricing is also very fair compared to other platforms, which makes it an excellent choice for startups and small businesses. The tool runs smoothly, and I’ve noticed workflows execute faster than Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about viaSocket?

The platform is still maturing, so not every integration I need is available out of the box. Some advanced customization requires a bit of extra work, and the learning resources could be expanded with more real-world use cases. Still, nothing here is a dealbreaker—it just shows there’s room to grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Developer-Friendly Integration Platform That Delivers"
5/5
What do you like best about viaSocket?

ViaSocket makes it incredibly easy to connect different apps and workflows without the overhead of managing a heavy integration platform. The developer-first design gives you more flexibility than no-code tools like Zapier, but it’s still simple enough that you don’t need a huge learning curve. Their documentation is clear, APIs are consistent, and the support team is responsive and knowledgeable. I especially like that they handle both common SaaS connectors and more complex custom integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about viaSocket?

If you’re coming from fully no-code automation tools, there’s a small adjustment period — you need to think a bit more like a builder. That said, once you do, the possibilities are much broader. The UI could use a little polish in places, but it doesn’t affect functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Reliable and Flexible Automation Tool That Grows Your Path"
5/5
What do you like best about viaSocket?

viaSocket has quickly become an essential part of my workflow. The interface is straightforward, and I was able to create my first automation in just a few minutes without needing technical support. What stands out most is how the platform balances simplicity with depth/basic tasks like sending notifications are effortless, but I can also set up advanced workflows using conditions, webhooks, and scheduling.

Another big advantage is its wide range of integrations. I’ve been able to connect tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and my premaid CRM without running into compatibility issues. Once a workflow is set up, it just works in the background reliably, I don’t need to constantly check or restart things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about viaSocket?

The overall design of the dashboard feels a bit old style. While it’s functional, a cleaner and more modern interface would make navigation even easier and friendly. I’d also appreciate more in-app tutorials or interactive guides to help new users get up to speed faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about viaSocket?

I really like how easy viaSocket makes it to connect different apps and automate workflows without needing deep technical knowledge. The platform is intuitive, and the integrations save a lot of time by reducing repetitive tasks. It helps streamline processes, increases productivity, and allows me to focus on more important work instead of manual operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about viaSocket?

Sometimes the setup process for more advanced workflows can be a bit tricky, and documentation could be more detailed to guide new users through complex integrations. Also, I would like to see more native integrations added in the future. However, the support team is responsive, which helps offset this limitation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Time-Saver for SaaS Automations with Great Flexibility"
4.5/5
What do you like best about viaSocket?

Using viaSocket saves a lot of time compared to writing manual scripts, and I find it more user-friendly than other tools I’ve tried. I gave it a test drive for automating customer support and internal workflows in my SaaS, and it’s been fantastic at reducing repetitive tasks.

And because the integration with apps is listed through a filter search, it has given me inspiration for new flows that I wouldn't have thought about otherwise.

Also, it is amenable to connect services quickly with zero coding knowledge, but I also have the option to add conditions or a bit of code when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about viaSocket?

Nothing that I disliked about it quite frankly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined integrations with room to grow"
4.5/5
What do you like best about viaSocket?

viaSocket makes it simple to connect applications and automate workflows without needing heavy development resources. The interface is intuitive, and I was able to get core integrations running quickly. The ability to scale from basic connections to more complex, conditional workflows is a big advantage. Customer support has also been responsive and willing to walk through setup questions in detail, which made implementation easier than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about viaSocket?

Some advanced use cases require a bit more configuration than expected, and a few integrations could benefit from richer features. The documentation covers the basics well, but occasionally I wished for more detailed examples. These are minor compared to the overall value the platform delivers, and the team seems committed to continuous improvement Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
