What do you like best about viaSocket?

The most impressive feature of Viasocket is its AI-powered workflow builder. Instead of manually mapping every single step, you can simply describe the process in plain English, and the platform generates a robust, functional workflow. This drastically lowered the barrier to entry for our non-technical team members, allowing our marketing and ops teams to build their own automations without needing developer support.

The sheer breadth of integrations is another huge plus. We were able to connect our CRM, email marketing platform, project management software, and even internal communication tools into a single, cohesive system. What do you dislike about viaSocket?

While simple and linear workflows are incredibly easy to set up, the learning curve gets a bit steeper when you start implementing complex conditional logic (if/then branching, filters, etc.). The documentation is good for getting started, but I'd love to see a more extensive library of advanced, real-world templates that we could use as a starting point.

Additionally, while the error-handling notifications are reliable, debugging a complex workflow that has failed can sometimes be a bit of a treasure hunt to find the exact point of failure and the specific data that caused it. What problems is viaSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our biggest challenge was the manual effort required to keep our various software platforms in sync. Our sales team lived in our CRM, while our project managers worked out of a separate task management tool. This meant key information about client projects was constantly being copied and pasted, leading to outdated information and costly errors.

Viasocket has become the central nervous system for our operations. We've built a workflow that, whenever a deal is marked as "Closed Won" in our CRM, automatically creates a new project in our management tool, populates it with all the relevant client details, and sends a "New Project Kickoff" notification to the relevant channel in Slack. This has eliminated hours of manual administrative work each week, reduced data entry errors to zero, and ensures that our project teams can start work on new clients immediately. What do you like best about viaSocket?

This platform provides a more customized experience than other 'connect interactive dashboard' tools like 'n8n' or 'zapier.' What sets it apart is its greater focus on automating 'Company' processes. As a result, many of the available 'Integrations' are designed specifically for company-related tasks, instead of just enabling you to 'connect anything.'

Very easy to use, and implement, depending of the level from other similar tools usage, I recommended a lot their 'mcp integration' within their sytem to make full automations easily. I usally make sure of use it daily to create more a more integrations and templates for those 'annoying tasks' that can be automated easily. Finally, the 'Customer Support' really exceed my expectations by having a top-notch system integrated from non-premium user's that avoids being just 'a bot with QA' like normally happens on these cases. What do you dislike about viaSocket?

This platform feels quite new, especially when compared to systems like Zapier, which already offers more integrations and, at least in theory, costs less. Personally, I am not fond of the 'Token payment' system, particularly since other sites allow unlimited attempts across automations. I would prefer a model more like Zapier, where the limitation is on the number of automations running simultaneously, rather than restricting usage through tokens. What problems is viaSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest challenge I faced was managing a custom, site-specific connection that had to work alongside other integrations. These included Loveyable, an SQL database, website data, and a custom WhatsApp bot. The bot collects information and generates a QR code for a potential web app build, indicating where updates should be made across all databases. What I like best about viaSocket is how simple it is to use. The app makes automation easy to set up, and the clear step-by-step tutorial video help you get started with a new flow quickly. Another standout feature is their commitment to building new triggers within 48 hours if one doesn’t exist. This level of responsiveness makes the platform really valuable and flexible.
