What do you like best about Viafoura?

Viafoura is a complete set of essential tools, very easy to set up, to configure and to use. These tools are useful to improve the user experience on the page and maximize his/her engagement. More engagement means more time spent on page and more revenue for the publisher. The analysis of the raw data could be a great help for scientists to better understand users' behaviour and to feed and train look-alike models. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Viafoura?

The main upside of using Viafoura is that I am able to filter content based on what needs to be worked on as a priority. I am able to edit these filters however I see fit without having to delete an entire workspace and start over again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Viafoura?

Speaking on the moderation console specifically, I dislike the fact that you are unable to sort queues from newest to oldest as most of the time I need to be working on the most recent content first. To combat this, I can create a saved search which filters from newest to oldest, however I find saved searches to be clunky and slower in comparison. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Viafoura solving and how is that benefiting you?

Viafoura is making it easy for our moderation team to organise content and it allows us to prioritise our work, which ensures that we are staying on top of the most recent posts. It's customisable automatic moderation filter allows us to make the console our own and makes our lives easier while saving time, as it automatically removes comments which we would previously would had to track down and remove manually. "Good moderation software with excellent customer service"

What do you like best about Viafoura?

The customer service is excellent. It's easy to get hold of someone to help us with queries and issues. Matthew and colleagues are keen to help, and often go beyond the call of duty to help us find solutions that go beyond what the tech does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Viafoura?

The user interface is not always intuitive. There are elements that don't seem to do anything but are still prominent, and other useful features that are hidden away. There are a couple of persistent bugs that affect some of our commenters, that have not been resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Viafoura solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Viafoura to prioritise post-moderation and to work through moderation queues in priority order. We didn't have the ability to prioritise in our previous solution. This has enabled our moderators to tackle the worst offenders on the most prominent articles, rather than spreading resources thinly across all content equally. Viafoura's automod is very valuable as it removes profanities automatically, freeing up our moderators to tackle more nuanced comments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
