Customers seem to find it easy to use and have really increased their AOV. **What do you dislike about ViaBill?** There are some very important pain points (like orders that we don't see as completed, but ViaBill does see as completed) and the difficulty to get in contact with someone to help. We have had many issues that even to this day have yet to be resolved which makes it difficult to really push them on our site. **Recommendations to others considering ViaBill:** Make sure that all of the orders are coming through. **What problems is ViaBill solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are allowing our customers to increase their AOV and we have seen this increase already. ### 2. Since using ViaBill, I've noticed many other similar services but we haven't had any major issues that made us consider switching services. The staff are courteous and friendly when answering emails/phone, and generally promptly too. **What do you dislike about ViaBill?** Before we signed up with ViaBill, the first question we asked was whether there would be any issues with us being a Canadian merchant. They assured us no problems. However, we've encountered problems with them depositing money to us (via TransferWise), and their reasoning is that it's because we're from Canada. :( **What problems is ViaBill solving and how is that benefiting you?** After introducing ViaBill to our customers, it has definitely increased our revenue and AOV. More payment methods is always better for the customer. ### 3.
