vFound Visitors replaces a paper reception register with browser-based visitor management for offices, coworking spaces, campuses and other staffed sites. Visitors can register from a QR sign or paired lobby kiosk. Visitor types can define questions, terms, approvals and retention. Hosts receive email alerts and can respond through private links; staff can issue passes and print badges. The desk sees who is signed in and can run a roll call. Optional visitor photographs can appear on badges, and staff can record a visual check of a physical photo ID. vFound does not scan identity documents, recognise faces or run watchlists. Visitors can be purchased independently and shares one workspace with the other selected vFound products. US$804 per venue per year, billed annually. No free plan. The 14-day trial requires a valid card; the annual subscription is charged unless renewal is cancelled before the trial ends.
