vFound Parcels manages incoming deliveries and collection for apartment buildings, university mailrooms, offices and hotels. Staff use a phone camera to scan a label, check the suggested recipient and assign a shelf location. Recipients receive an email with a private pickup page and collection code. Staff can see the pickup queue, locate parcels and record signed handovers. A recipient can use their private page to hold a pickup, snooze reminders or authorise someone else to collect. The product also supports parcel labels, shelf occupancy, delivery rounds, reports and CSV exports. It runs in the browser and shares a people list and workspace with the relevant vFound products. Independently purchasable. US$900 per venue per year, billed annually. No free plan. The 14-day trial requires a valid card; the yearly subscription is charged unless renewal is cancelled before the trial ends.
