vFound Equipment helps teams manage shared laptops, cameras, chargers, keys and other equipment. Staff reserve specific items or items in a category, prepare kits and record who has each piece. QR labels support check-out and return workflows. Due-time rules, reminders, overdue blocks and borrower limits help the desk manage outstanding equipment. Staff can record condition on return, keep serial numbers and warranty details, perform stock-takes and import or export CSV records. A paired kiosk can support borrower self-checkout. The product runs in the browser and works independently or with the other vFound products in one workspace. US$696 per venue per year, billed annually. No free plan. The 14-day trial requires a valid card; the annual subscription is charged unless renewal is cancelled before the trial ends.
