vFound Checkroom is for coats, bags and luggage that guests deliberately leave with a staffed desk. It suits hotels, museums, theatres, nightclubs and event cloakrooms. Staff assign numbers and record items; guests keep a private ticket on their phone and can ask for their things to be made ready. The desk manages collection requests in an exit queue and records hand-backs. Features include stations, number ranges, luggage locations, paired hanger tags, thermal ticket stubs, bag tags, reports and CSV exports. Staff can record fees taken in cash or through an external payment system. vFound charges a yearly venue subscription with no per-ticket vFound fee. Guests do not need to install an app. Checkroom can be purchased independently or used with the other vFound products. US$504 per venue per year, billed annually. No free plan. The 14-day trial requires a valid card; the annual subscription is charged unless renewal is cancelled before the trial ends.
