## About Veyor
Veyor is a logistics management platform that gives site teams, facility managers, and civil crews real-time control over deliveries, materials, and site access — all in one place. Missed deliveries. Blocked docks. Trucks waiting with nowhere to go. Unverified loads and paper tickets that disappear. These are the daily realities Veyor was built to fix. :: One schedule. Every stakeholder. Veyor replaces spreadsheets, whiteboards, and back-and-forth phone calls with a single live source of truth. Suppliers, contractors, drivers, site teams, and facility managers all work off the same real-time schedule — so bookings don't clash, arrivals aren't a surprise, and nothing slips through the gaps. Bookings and access, handled. Suppliers and subcontractors book their own delivery slots. Site teams approve them. Access controls assign arrivals to the right entry point, and smart camera integrations can verify vehicles automatically. Pre-arrival driver and vehicle compliance checks run before anyone pulls up to the gate. :: Compliance built in, not bolted on. Pre-shift checklists, built-in inductions, exclusion zone management, and load verification all happen within the same workflow — not in a separate system. Records stay consistent across sites and are always audit-ready. :: Every role gets what they need. Drivers, suppliers, contractors, security, and managers each see a customized experience. No information overload — just the right data, at the right time, for the right person. Results that show up on the P&L. 49.5% fewer trucks waiting over an hour 55% reduction in crane wait times $100K+ saved per year from reduced over-ordering and missing materials :: Construction From tower cranes to trade bookings, Veyor keeps busy jobsites moving. Coordinate deliveries, crane lifts, and exclusion zones in one shared schedule. Reduce congestion and cut crane wait times by up to 55%. :: Loading Docks Commercial buildings, retail centers, hospitals, airports, stadiums, and large-scale venues use Veyor to control dock access, schedule deliveries, verify drivers on arrival, and keep tenants informed, without the phone calls and clipboards. :: Civil & Earthworks Moving dirt, concrete, steel, or precast across a major infrastructure project? Veyor tracks every load, enforces QA checks, manages access routing, and keeps clean records for reconciliation and compliance.

## Veyor Reviews
 ### 1. Site Administrator/Project Administrator

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darlene D. | Site Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Veyor?**

It’s extremely easy to use for both subcontractors and general contractors. As the site approver, I can review every delivery and either approve or deny it. What I love about this app is how many user-friendly features are built in. From scheduling deliveries, to sending invites, to adjusting assets when we no longer need them, it covers everything I’m looking for. I could go on and on, but what I like best is that it’s seamless, user-friendly, and simple to manage deliveries across construction sites. Whether the project is big or small, this app can handle all our needs.

**What do you dislike about Veyor?**

I have nothing to dislike about this app.

**What problems is Veyor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As of recent there were nothing on my end to report of any issues or concerns, I had. It exceeded and met all our expectations so there is nothing to report.

 ### 2. Simplified Dock Management with Seamless Scheduling

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Blessing O. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Veyor?**

I like using Veyor because it is simple, effective, and purpose-built. It's great that suppliers can self-register, book their slot, complete induction, and show up on time, which makes everything much smoother. The Docks team, starting and ending each shift with a clear view of expectations, is a huge improvement, allowing us to shift from reactive to planned management. The booking system, broadcast, and bay management are standout features that really serve our needs. I really appreciate being able to restrict a bay to a specific organization and the ease of having separate approval workflows for each bay. The broadcast feature, which allows sending messages to all registered suppliers at once, is particularly useful. I also find the public display boards very beneficial for the team, as they show the day's schedule live, so the team is well-prepared for suppliers' arrivals. The platform's straightforward setup was also a positive experience, as it mostly involved configuration with support from the team, who were responsive and even provided in-person training sessions.

**What do you dislike about Veyor?**

Finance integration - currently there is no way to automatically send delivery documents to a nominated inbox on sign-off. A feature that pushes proof of delivery or docket record directly to an AP system, like Medius on sign-off would close that gap. We understand that this is on the roadmap and are looking forward to it.

**What problems is Veyor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Veyor manages deliveries, books slots, separates suppliers from construction, and ensures safety through driver instructions. It offers live schedule visibility and transforms our workflow from reactive to planned management.

 ### 3. Smarter Deliveries, Smoother Site Operations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Veyor?**

Scheduling all site deliveries efficiently

**What do you dislike about Veyor?**

Depends on all trades using it properly.

**What problems is Veyor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Veyor has helped prevent delivery conflicts and improve overall site coordination. We recently had an unscheduled tile delivery arrive with a truck and container that were too large to properly access the site, resulting in the street being blocked for over two hours and requiring a 311 call. If the delivery had been scheduled through Veyor, we could have reviewed the truck size in advance and advised the driver accordingly. Since that incident, all trades have better understood the importance of using Veyor, and we have not had any similar issues. Moving forward, it gives me better visibility of upcoming deliveries and allows the field team to plan access, manpower, and site logistics in advance.

 ### 4. Great Visuals and Usability for Managing Bookable Assets and Deliveries

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin . | Site Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Veyor?**

The visuals and overall usability are good. It’s easy to set up different assets so they can be booked. I can also register the arrival and departure of deliveries and view all the related data in one.

**What do you dislike about Veyor?**

Some information fields in the booking forms are mandatory, and we have to ask to change that. We can’t change these settings ourselves or personalize some things in the forms.

**What problems is Veyor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping us organize deliveries with our subcontractors and track what comes in and out. It also helps with unscheduled deliveries, which were an issue for us on other projects, because we can speak with whoever we need to and improve the process.
