Vetsource helps provide our clients with the needed prescriptions and other items for their pets. It's easy to use for our clients and our staff. It was a challenge at first as we were getting started with training staff on using a new platform. Maybe some more hands-on training would have been helpful at the beginning. Using Vetsource has helped us give our clients another option to shop online for a wider variety of items to purchase. We like recommending Vetsource for the items we do not have in stock. In the majority of my experiences with Vetsource they have provided top notch customer service. Any issues that I have had were for the most part resolved promptly and courteously. When we have client concerns they work to address them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Vetsource? When they get new products they have had some communication issues in getting it out to the whole company. Last year they began to carry a special pet feeding system that opened with the pets microchip. I had to call every day for a couple days before they knew how to handle the ordering and it wasn't available online. Their we b platform seems to also be slightly cumbersome and glitchy. What problems is Vetsource solving and how is that benefiting you? Clients like the idea of online pharmacies, so having a pharmacy we can work with directly has been great.
