VetIntelligence combines three products for veterinary clinics, built in Utrecht (NL) by a company founded by a veterinarian. Sophie is an AI assistant on WhatsApp: she answers pet owners' questions from the clinic's own knowledge base, books appointments and prepares orders and repeat prescriptions, 24/7, and passes medical questions to the team. Sophie works alongside the clinic's current practice management system. Summ is an AI scribe that listens during the consultation and turns it into a medical record in SOAP format or the clinic's own template; the vet reviews and approves. Sync is cloud practice management software with scheduling and online booking, patient records, invoicing, inventory, reminders and reporting, with Sophie and Summ built in. VetIntelligence handles data migration and trains the team on site. Data is stored encrypted in EU data centres.
