**What do you like best about VetFM?**

Intuitive, quick to learn, full featured. Outstanding service

**What do you dislike about VetFM?**

Does not directly integrate lab orders and results

**Recommendations to others considering VetFM:**

It's a Mac-based product. Works on a PC but you need to be prepared to switch to an all-Mac environment over 2-3 years

**What problems is VetFM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can be paperless or paper-light, excellent history features that enable quick or detailed review

**What do you like best about VetFM?**

The visit or SOAP area is very easy for everyone to follow.  Mac based.

**What do you dislike about VetFM?**

No lab integration.  Inventory is not as good as AviMark.  Reporting is not as thorough as AviMark was.  Can not make recurring block offs on the schedule.

**What problems is VetFM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not sure

Data-driven reporting and interface make analysis easy

**What do you dislike about VetFM?**

Inflexibility in some database reporting - I wish there was an interface to enter your own query, and not pre-set report schemes

CRM. Benefits - reports of CRM database - demographics inform marketing
