November was the largest month we have EVER had! Going to both WOS and Vesyl is hands down the best decision we have ever made. We had next to zero downtime due to IT issues and have shipped more orders per day than we ever have before. Shipstation had 0 customer service. VESYL also has order automations and view filters which save me time in filling and analyzing orders ### 4. With our previous shipping partner, it felt like 1/2 labels would print out with error messages that we would have to go back in and manually correct. On top of that, their customer support team might get back to you eventually and would provide some of the most ridiculous excuses I have ever heard "the issue may be because you have multiple tabs open on your web browser". We have hardly ever had any issues with labels and when we do, it has almost always been our error, not Vesyls. On the very rare occurance that there is an issue, Collin, our contact at Vesyl has always been very responsive and always finds a way to solve our issues quickly. **What do you dislike about VESYL?** Some of the reporting could be improved upon, but they are working on that and I have seen a lot of updates so far. **What problems is VESYL solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quick and easy to use shipping software ### 5. The team behind the tool is very dedicated to bringing an amazing product to market, and they offer many features other shipping softwares do not have. (such as rate shopping) The interface is clean and easy to use, their support team has been responsive and helpful, and we were able to implement it into our workflow very quickly. We use it every day to fulfill orders and have had little to no issues. We also really appreciate that all our shipping bills are shown directly in the app. It gives us an average shipping cost per package based on each carrier we have enabled, which helps a lot with forecasting and keeping an eye on our expenses. **What do you dislike about VESYL?** The app is very new and we are trying to learn it, but we have had a very pleasant experience transitioning to this software. **What problems is VESYL solving and how is that benefiting you?** If helps us get the best rates possible for every order we ship, and integrates seamlessly with our e-commerce platform and warehouse software to ensure we have an effecient fulfillment process from end-to-end. ### 6. They are quick to respond to any issues that we have. They have added features based on our recommendations that not only help us but help off of their clients. They rate shop feature resulted in significant shipping cost savings over our previous software. It was very easy to implement, easy to integrate with our other software solutions. We ship hundreds of orders every day with very few problems. **What do you dislike about VESYL?** We've had some issues shipping to a relatively few international customers. **What problems is VESYL solving and how is that benefiting you?** With our pick/pack software, it automatically rate shops and provides labels on the back end without our team members having to search through shipping options. The rate shop function ensures the lowest cost method of shipping saving us quite a bit of money on our shipping. ### 7. Since making the switch to Vesyl we have improved our shipping efficiencies by 3x. While finding 24% savings on USPS rates. This app has made me look good. **What do you dislike about VESYL?** There are not many if any downsides to Vesyl, the only downside would be the newness of the app. Because of that there a features that are still being worked on and or improved. But Vesyl has great customer support! **What problems is VESYL solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automatic rate shopping is the best thing. With shipstation our team members were manually selecting either the cheapest method or the customer selected method. Now this is done for us automatically, gaurenteeing we select the cheapest rate or the customers selected method. ### 8.
