Vesturium is a web-based sales platform for property developers and sales organisations that market residential investment properties in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It covers the sales process from project setup to the notary appointment and commission settlement. Projects and units can be created from uploaded price lists, floor area tables and specifications (PDF, Excel, CSV); the software extracts units, prices and areas for review. Properties can be imported and exported via OpenImmo. Developers can release units to sales partners with a transfer price and commission range; partners can adopt these units with their own sales price. Exposés are generated from the project data in the user's branding, including a sample investment calculation. Each exposé is sent as a personal link that records views, reading time and the sections read per recipient. The integrated CRM manages leads, contacts, appointments and tasks in list or Kanban views. Leads can be imported from Meta Lead Ads, web forms and CSV files. Microsoft 365 and Google mail and calendars can be connected; browser-based calling is billed per minute. Reservations are created from the exposé and signed digitally by buyer and agent. The software tracks the reservation fee, notary scheduling, AML documents and each phase up to handover. Buyers use the included MyVesto portal to upload documents, complete a self-disclosure and select financing offers; financing applications can be passed to Europace. Reporting covers pipeline, sales volume, conversion and commission settlement per agent, team and partner. Access is controlled by roles and permissions, with single sign-on via Microsoft Entra ID or Google. Data is hosted in Germany.
