I find Vestd very good for guiding me through the process of setting up an EMI share scheme for our employees. The onboarding team is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the software itself is structured and logically set out, making it easy to work through. It gives me an overview of how to set up the EMI scheme and answers particular questions I've had. The onboarding team (Firaz) have been excellent and point out potential pitfalls and advantages of structuring things in certain ways, providing reassurance and confidence. The guides and software offer a structured approach with helpful links for further information, saving me time and expenses compared to using external lawyers.
