Given legal contracts and company articles are generally very fluid and specific, there's some gaps with the fact you need to fit into Vestd's data model, but the customer success team are very supportive to help find either work arounds, or your set up can be implemented ad hoc for a small additional fee. If Vestd can also offer full data room features for non-shares / governance-related documents, or integrate with another platform that offers this, that would be very attractive. it doesn't work as expected. It would have been magnitudes of time simpler for me to give the work to a solicitor, pay something extra (perhaps), and save a ton of time.
