**What do you like best about Vestd?**

Great concept, in theory. If they can get this right it will be a killer product that will solve a huge problem.

**What do you dislike about Vestd?**

it doesn't work as expected. It would have been magnitudes of time simpler for me to give the work to a solicitor, pay something extra (perhaps), and save a ton of time. Basically, after many months of setting this up, it has been an endless stream of emails and interactions with customer support to get it going.

**What problems is Vestd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In theory the software helps you to distribute and manage employee stock options.
