Vesperdesk is an AI receptionist built only for real estate agencies. Buyers who don't get a fast answer go to whoever replied first: at night, during viewings, in a foreign language. Vesperdesk answers them on the agency's website, WhatsApp and Telegram, day and night. - Answers from the agency's own listings, floor plans, price sheets and rules, and says so when it doesn't know instead of guessing. - Seven languages (English, Portuguese, Czech, Spanish, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian), switching when the buyer does. - Captures budget, area, timeline and contact details, takes viewing requests and hands the conversation to the agent on duty with a short briefing. - Done for you: we load the listings, write the rules for your market and test the assistant before buyers see it. - Hosted in the EU (Frankfurt); customer data is never used to train AI models.
